We stopped in here a couple of times while we were camping/hiking nearby. They were much better stocked than our local stores at home. They also had plenty of checkout lanes open. We aren't fans of self checkout. We will definitely be back here, the next time we are in the area.

Today May 3rd 2020. Not sure who made the brilliant decision to funnel everyone through one door but you are making everyone get bunched up. 6 feet is minimum social distancing. Open more doors or close down completely. Your current position is a petri dish. Not only are you funneling them through one door but they are standing around waiting to enter. Health Department needs to give you insight. Beyond Stupid. You are ground zero for Coronavirus in Middlesboro with this policy.

I went by there today and asked the lady at the drop off if they have the ear candles. She was very rude just shook her head no didn't give me a verbal answer. After that I said okay thank you she never said you're welcome or anything. Just completely ignored me. She had brown curly hair and was wearing glasses, kinda older lady. She just made me feel like I was below her, very snotty attitude If you're working with the public you need to be a little bit more kinder and not make people feel like you are better then them. And it's not hard to say no ma'am thank you have a good day. I do know I'll not be back.

Staff was not helpful at all rude and when I had an issue she immediately hung up the phone not worth the struggle go to kroger.

i had my dr. send 3 prescriptions to walmart, on 1 they said insurance refused to pay and no generic for it, said they called the doctor and she prscribed 1 that insurance would pay, waited 2 hours and when they said i was ready, i started to pay,noticed only 2 bottles in bag, when i ask about the 3rd one,was told it was 1 of the 2 on original order and they were out of it, ask why i wasn't told that 2 hours earlier, said they had it on order and would be there in 2 days, i advise tech ,if they had told me 2 of the 3 prescripitions was'nt available, that i wouldnt have set there for 2 hours waiting, i will not use walmart in future

The employees are very nice. However the service is slow, not good when I had a sick child. I spent more time at the pharmacy than the doctors office.
