Is there anything worse than a dead car battery?
My husband and I had an unwelcome surprise earlier this morning. We immediately drove to AutoZone in Middletown. Over the years, I have always had great experiences with AutoZone and this time was no different.
Andrew, Allen G. and the rest of the staff took great care of us. They were a huge help in getting our new car battery installed and us back on the road.
Thank you Autozone for always helping us out!

They ususlly have the parts I need, but when I stopped im today to grab windshield wipers, there was no one to help with installation. At all. The girl at the counter flat out told me no. Why would I pay almost $70 here only to have to install them myself (which isn't going to happen because i don't know the first thing about putting them on) when I could go elsewhere and get them cheaper? If I had known that no one could install these, I would have canceled the sale. Instead, I'll be back to return them tomorrow if someone can't help to put them on.
UPDATE: I went back to the store. The man inside was SO NICE and came right out to help me with these windshield wipers (which i still don't know how to install). This is my go-to place in Middletown for wipers and car batteries. It's in a very convenient location.

Had to go in today for a new car battery. Very new to the area so wasn’t sure which autozone to go to. This one was recommended in a girls group, did not disappoint! Very helpful, got my new battery in under my warranty in no time. They have no clue how helpful they were especially being in a new area not knowing anyone and having to have my car jumped twice in the last 12 hours.

Very quick service. I was promptly greeted and assisted by one of the employees. The gentleman was very courteous and respectful, and he looked up the exact parts that I needed and retrieved them right away. I was in and out in about 15 mins.👍🏼

Today, my husband and I purchased a battery at this store, and the manager, Angela, demonstrated an unacceptable attitude. She initially assisted us in purchasing the battery but then set us aside as the line grew. She stated she would prioritize ringing up other customers before completing our transaction. Despite my condition—I am eight months pregnant—we waited for 30 minutes. Another wave of customers arrived, and she told us again we would need to wait another 30 minutes. My husband objected, explaining that we had already waited far longer and that I am pregnant, but Angela simply replied, 'It is what it is.' When I expressed that we could not keep sacrificing our time for others, she showed no concern. On top of this, we witnessed her belittle a young employee in front of customers. This level of service is unacceptable. She’s terrible!

Walked in and was greeted with the most positive attitude and smile and ambition to help by a man named Joshua. He did an amazing job. He got my problem solved immediately and he did an amazing job. Go visit autozone in Middletown for all your needs and help. Love the way I was treated. Will be back for anything needed.

It was pouring rain, and my windshield wiper was bad. The employee that waited on me went out in the cold rain and replaced not only the bad wiper, but the other was as well!!

The absolute most helpful and kind guys working here. All 3 guys working were amazing. Had an issue which they actually seemed happy to help with. Haven’t had an experience this good shopping in a very long time.
I was very impressed and would recommend this store to anyone.

Don't carry wipers for odd sizes , workers are lazy and don't want to help . Go to o Riley's instead
