Cancelled my pickup order on a Sunday 30 minutes before it was supposed to be ready when I was already on the way. Said it wasn’t going to be ready until tomorrow and they couldn’t get to it tonight. I would’ve picked up up myself if I knew sooner now it’s 5:45pm and I have work tomorrow morning. Ridiculous.

Their latest scam is putting large groups of items in the middle of isles on sale, and mixing other brands in that are not on sale with no price. Also many times the larger container is a higher price per ounce, you have to read the tags for everything. Many items, especially sale items, ring up higher prices. When they are wrong they are ALWAYS higher, what does that tell you?
Now meat counter is always giving you much more than you ask for, ask for half a pound they give you a pound. You comment then they give you an attitude. Guess what Kroger, I will start getting my meat from other stores. You think you found a clever way to increase your sales...

This was my main grocery store for a year. Not a bad location, staff was nice for the most part and the store was always kept up nice. This location definitely one of the busier locations I've been to. It is one of the official Kroger's for the KY Derby, so they have some cool amenities going on that week!

Please stop letting people try and sell internet inside the store. It's incredibly annoying be hounded by salesman when trying to buy groceries.

I went to Kroger today and did my normal grocery shopping. Everything was good until I went to the Deli to get some sliced meat. The associate working there didn't seem like he wanted to be there (he wasn't rude or mean, but could've been friendly). This is the 2nd week in a row with this level of customer service at the Deli section.
Comparing my experience here at Kroger to Publix, the staff there at the Deli were friendly and even helped me choose sliced meat.
Customer Service is key!

Bryce at the YouScan is A+!! I bought a big of ice on Easter Sunday and he grabbed it out of the freezer and placed it in my cart for me. He was also greeting and thanking every customer while I was checking out. It’s really hard to find employees who take pride in their work and customer service. Fantastic!!!!

My friends phone got stolen here and they basically refused to check the cameras, also a there was a short manager that was bald with glasses that was extremely moody and rude, I think his name was glen

Very disappointed with the Middletown, Shelbyville road store. I came in about 5pm on Saturday March 15 to purchase microwave bacon. There was a sign on the Oscar’s Mayer display showed the price with card as $3.99 and regular price as $6.49. When I went to checkout the price range up as $6.99 and there was no price adjustment when I entered my Kroger card number. The self checkout helper said go back to take a picture of the display with the price, I did and when I came back and showed the picture she had to go to the office. They said it was an old price and it would not be honored. I will never shop at this Kroger again if they are unable to honor a displayed price even if it is an old display! Someone should have done their job and removed the incorrect price!

Hands down the worst Kroger I have ever been to. Dirty, out of everything, and the self checkout was so sensitive! My son was trying to help me check out and scan things and learn and we had to have assistance come over twice because the machine flagged us for stealing. Twice. Plus the tags on the deli products wouldn’t scan and we have to have someone come over and help for that. If you can’t get your machines to work properly, hire enough checkers to just check everyone out! Glad I don’t live in this area and won’t have to come back.
