“I had a great experience purchasing a Big Green Egg with Watts. The owner let me take a catalog, and I asked him for various price quotes which I received promptly. It was a significant order including a large custom table.The order was ready within a week of being placed. I discovered I needed to remove some items from the back of my truck to accommodate the table, so the owner sent an employee in a truck to follow me home from the store so I didn't have to make a second trip.In short, price and customer service were excellent. I stop by frequently for business purchases as well as buying charcoal, etc. for my smoker and have never been disappointed.”

“Needed some custom mixed rattle cans after underestimating how much my little project would require. I was in a pinch because I needed to spray more color and had to contend with a max 12 hour recoat window. I could not wait a week for delivery from the online seller i used for the first can. The guys were very accommodating to a mostly clueless DIYer like me. Did not try to upsell the super expensive paint brand stating it wasn't needed for a rattle can project. Prices were better than online sellers. Project turned out great. Bumper fillers on a 1987 Buick Regal.”

I love the Cashmere. It costs a little more than what you get from the big box store but if you try it you won’t go back.”

“Prospect Brownsboro Hardware....Big shout out to Alex. He was a life saver today. I had a new refrigerator installed yesterday and unbeknownst to me the water line connected to the old copper line had been leaking for 22 hours. It wasn't leaking in the kitchen, it had been leaking through the floor behind the fridge through the ceiling into the finished basement. When I went down to start the laundry today the water was running through the ceiling and lights and the carpet was soaked. I immediately shut the water off at the main, pulled the fridge out and found the source. Being a Sunday and knowing nothing about plumbing I took pictures of the problem and went straight to the Prospect store. Alex not only got me the fittings I needed he took me to a work station and literally gave me a plumbing 101 course! Seriously, he even cut off a small piece of plastic water line and walked me through exactly what I needed to do when I got home. I'm so grateful he went out of his way to help me. And, very happy to report it worked! I fixed it thanks to Alex!!”
“I have been going to this paint store since we moved to the area 3 years ago. I have been nothing but impressed. The store is clean and well organized and I have been fully satisfied with my purchases. But the big reason this is my go to paint site is the people that work there. The customer service is exceptional. The employees are always warm and welcoming and happy to answer my painting questions. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on anything. In fact, they've helped me purchase some deals too! On several occasions they have helped me carry my purchased items out to my car (one of those instances being when I was a new mom trying to figure out juggling a heavy car seat while shopping). This place never disappoints. If they ever have staffing issues or bad days, you'd never know it. I highly recommend them. 5/5 stars easily!”

Today I went into a Sherman Williams store, NOT SHELBYVILLE RD...Let's just say my experience buying paint for a job that I sold was Less than Pleasant..Andrew heard about this some how and a half hour after I left that Store Called my Phone because He is Our Paint Rep. For Sherman Williams...And I was so taken back by His action because Unfortunately Customer Service is VERY RARE THESE DAYS...So I just wanted to THANK ANDREW FOR JUST SHOWING HE CARED...NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT'S A SALESMAN...Great Job ANDREW...And Great Job to Sherman Williams FOR HIRING HIM!!!!??????”
