“A good place to purchase propane for your grill. They also sell grills if you need one. Considered taking a star off because you have to pay for a full tank regardless of any propane left in your tank. But the service is so good. Five stars.”
“After getting several quotes for a new front door, I recently used Watts for a full replacement of the door, sidelights & framing. The door came in faster than expected and I was grateful that their installer could make repairs himself when some unexpected damage was found after removal. Candy and Maddie was easy to work with. Very pleased with the process!
I had Watts back out a couple of weeks ago to replace the damaged hardwood flooring in my home. It was a large job to remove the existing flooring, build up the subfloor and install new LVP. I am very happy with the new look and Candy's contractors worked very hard to get it done in 3 days.”

“Needed some custom mixed rattle cans after underestimating how much my little project would require. I was in a pinch because I needed to spray more color and had to contend with a max 12 hour recoat window. I could not wait a week for delivery from the online seller i used for the first can. The guys were very accommodating to a mostly clueless DIYer like me. Did not try to upsell the super expensive paint brand stating it wasn't needed for a rattle can project. Prices were better than online sellers. Project turned out great. Bumper fillers on a 1987 Buick Regal.”

I recently stopped into the Sherwin-Williams store to find the right exterior stain and paint for my backyard gazebo. The employees were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. One associate took the time to listen to what I needed, and the look I was going for, then helped me pick the perfect product and color.and even mixed a custom color that matches my existing gazebo. The result looks professional and ties the whole outdoor space together.

“I have been going to this paint store since we moved to the area 3 years ago. I have been nothing but impressed. The store is clean and well organized and I have been fully satisfied with my purchases. But the big reason this is my go to paint site is the people that work there. The customer service is exceptional. The employees are always warm and welcoming and happy to answer my painting questions. I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on anything. In fact, they've helped me purchase some deals too! On several occasions they have helped me carry my purchased items out to my car (one of those instances being when I was a new mom trying to figure out juggling a heavy car seat while shopping). This place never disappoints. If they ever have staffing issues or bad days, you'd never know it. I highly recommend them. 5/5 stars easily!”

“We are very happy with their services and with Mickey Orchard in particular! He has come out on short notice to color match an old porch, patio and wall color. Not only did he come out same day - within the hour but once the order was place he hand delivered it himself the same day! Thought it would be different when I placed a larger order however, I placed the order by 10am and we had the paint here by 2pm. So happy I accidently called the wrong paint company when I started!”

“Excellent service by the manager. Needed touch paint for the bathroom. You should use a paint store, since most stores carry the basic colors. The manage was very patient and told me he would try to match what information I had. It took him about 30 minutes, but he matched the color 99 % perfect. He even carried the quart container out to the car for me, since a have a medical issue .I would recommend going to PPG on Westport Rd for your paint s and supplies,”

“Just had to give a SHOUT OUT... TO ANDREW STUTZMAN!!!! Andrew today Surprised Someone who has been in Sales for 35yrs...I've been A SalesManager,Ops Manager and G.M. Today I went into a Sherman Williams store, NOT SHELBYVILLE RD...Let's just say my experience buying paint for a job that I sold was Less than Pleasant..Andrew heard about this some how and a half hour after I left that Store Called my Phone because He is Our Paint Rep. For Sherman Williams...And I was so taken back by His action because Unfortunately Customer Service is VERY RARE THESE DAYS...So I just wanted to THANK ANDREW FOR JUST SHOWING HE CARED...NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT'S A SALESMAN...Great Job ANDREW...And Great Job to Sherman Williams FOR HIRING HIM!!!!??????”
