You couldn’t ask for better food, better service, or better people. They really do care about people and situations.

What a selection of great fresh fruit, vegetables, and meat. Then there's also the deli selections, fresh salads- to-go, yogurt parfaits, fresh baked goods...and...oh yes...great people to help you find what you want or what you need. If you need a plant or fresh Christmas tree, you are also at the right place. Treat yourself to a fun and functional shopping experience. " Like " to go shopping again at a friendly, easy, clean local store.

Currently sitting in their parking lot eating lunch (got a sandwich, Arnold Palmer, and a slice of banana hummingbird cake and I had to stop eating my slice to make this review bc this is the best piece of cake I have ever had in my life. When I say it is so full of flavor and it's so soft it falls apart like it is like eating a cloud. Sandwich is also great and it's also one of the best Arnold palmers I've drank. Service was wonderful the staff is very warm and inviting. Everything was very neat and displayed nicely. Honestly a great place to stop for lunch!

Purchased a pack of sliders on Monday. Opened the fridge Tuesday to cook them and the burgers were brown and smelled HORRIBLE. Took them back and was given more brown burgers. This was our first experience shopping here and it is absolutely the last.

I’d give more stars if it wasn’t for the wait time at the deli area. The smoothies are delicious but it almost feels like the employees skip the order with the smoothie to make other things. I am in there most days to get lunch and always get a smoothie, employees skip over my order to make others that are “easier.” This morning I was in and an employee was asking another customer what they could get for them, then when I mentioned I had placed a kiosk order for a smoothie (which had already been submitted for about 10 minutes) and they said they had a called in order that they needed to do instead when they were just asking someone else what they could do for them.Paul’s is a great grocery store, but be prepared to wait if you need to order anything from the deli section.

Paul's is one of the Louisville mainstays that I'm surprised I hadn't reviewed before but what's there to say? It's Paul's. Everyone in town knows Paul's. I caveat: everyone in town knows Paul's but not everyone in town knows it as a market. For me and my crew, Paul's is synonymous with fruit baskets, fundraisers, centerpieces, and the holidays. You can't Christmastime in Louisville without Paul's. And so, for the first time in my adult life and not conscripted into service by band/orchestra/choir, I partook of Sam's fruit basket goodies for holiday gifts. I wasn't venturing out much and wanted something that was local, thoughtful, useful, and delicious. Paul's. But I veered off the usual path and went for a box rather than a basket. What can I say? I'm a rebel. The box was well-apportioned and well-received. Packed full of the typical good Paul's fruit goodies, it also came with cookies, crackers, cheese (!), and those little strawberry candies no one likes but are everywhere you turn. I liked that the cheese was local and paired well with the crackers (not all cheeses are for all crackers; it's a fact). I was a satisfied giver. My giftee was a satisfied recipient. Paul's is what we all know Paul's to be. Crazy thing about all this: despite being a native, I don't know that I've ever stepped foot in one of their locations. Maybe I need to fix that. Or, maybe I'll just be satisfied with pears, oranges, and grapefruit come the holidays. Either or.

A nice find while we were visiting for the weekend. They stock more than we had expected. Quite a few premade meals with a plethora of fresh fruits and vegetables. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful.

Paul's is the best place I've ever ordered from. They make delicious, fresh, beautiful party trays. Thing is though, you don't necessarily need them for parties etc... I just ordered 4 small trays to help out with meal prep and eating this weekend because my granddaughter and I are sick. The small trays are a great size feeding 10-15 people and are the most reasonably priced. I have decided I'm going to order bi-weekly if not more often to food prep for my family for each week. The prices are too good, if you don't have the time to do the prep or you are sick etc this is perfect, and again the food is fresh, delicious and just gorgeous. I ordered sandwich, fruit, veggie, and shrimp tray and omg! Also, they are the kind, professional and efficient. Excellent service! Can't say enough about them.... Just wonderful!

Typically good customer service at Middletown. However, on 2/13 my 5 yogurts were bagged in a plastic bag . Cashiers have always placed them in a brown bag with a handle, so they are not laying sideway. No problem, so I asked the older cashier if I could have a paper bag with a handle. The casheirs additude was atrocious, Flinging me the bag and a dirty look. I wish I could have given you a name, but the employee did not wear a name tag. This customer shouldn't be paying $75 for an additute .
