Just had to give a SHOUT OUT... TO ANDREW STUTZMAN!!!! Andrew today Surprised Someone who has been in Sales for 35yrs...I've been A SalesManager,Ops Manager and G.M. Today I went into a Sherman Williams store, NOT SHELBYVILLE RD...Let's just say my experience buying paint for a job that I sold was Less than Pleasant..Andrew heard about this some how and a half hour after I left that Store Called my Phone because He is Our Paint Rep. For Sherman Williams...And I was so taken back by His action because Unfortunately Customer Service is VERY RARE THESE DAYS...So I just wanted to THANK ANDREW FOR JUST SHOWING HE CARED...NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT'S A SALESMAN...Great Job ANDREW...And Great Job to Sherman Williams FOR HIRING HIM!!!!??????

I went to this location for the first time this morning and it was a WONDERFUL experience...so much so that I am taking the time to share it! The manager (Julio) who helped was so kind. I have been having issues with either my sprayer or my paint and I havent been able to target which- and he took the time to listen to those issues and worked to target the problem. I have been painting for many years and was so appreciate that he really wanted to figure out the problem vs trying to sell me something. I will absolutely be returning and I'm so appreciative for the help I received.

Shelbyville Rd store provided excellent customer service. I was pleasantly surprised my wallpaper order arrived so quickly. Nice job!

Every time I have gone in they had disinterested employees and strangely out of product. Once I was told that the people that work during the week may help you. This is after I have been here several times….PPG might do better.

Sherwin-Williams is located in Middletown as part of the Meridian Shopping Center (Panera, Qdoba, Buff City Soap, etc.) It's safest to enter near Panera and drive through the connected parking lots when coming and going. On the left is their wall of paint colors. It's nice to see them in one spot, which helps you notice the subtle hues. Most of the colors were well stocked to take home for discussion. Today they had a decent crowd. People at the counter were being taken care of. I was in the store about 30 minutes sifting through colors and while I didn't need anyone, an employee never came through to check on the customers there. You may need to consider coming at a non-peak shopping time if you need 1:1 assistance regarding colors or paint types. Similar to other locations, this one also offers paint supplies and accessories to pick up when grabbing your paint.

The salesperson who helped me was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful... the trifecta :-) I am touching up a recently painted cedar mailbox/newspaper box post & wasn’t sure what type of paint I needed. She asked a lot of great questions to find out what paint would work best for my project. I’ll definitely return to the store.
