Been going to that store for 10 plus years. Staff is helpful and food is great...I been seeing pist about the food or the ppl that work there. It's just like any job u got A wholes who gonna say things on there reviews but I bet they don't go to restaurants and demand food like they would else where m..I have learned that if you don't like the service or the food they have at this location then stay home and don't be lazy. These ppl are here to work just like the next man or women ..Cassie is very helpful everything we in the store..and thanks for the good chicken.

I’ve been coming here for a few years. Service seems to be steadily declining, idk what so hard about putting egg and a piece of cheese on a breakfast sandwhich. The owners might need an English lesson

Over charged and the beans were so gotdamn hot like warn people!!! They were so mf hot not only did I get overcharged but I couldn't even eat them
Because they put so much pepper or jalapeños or whatever I had to throw them away
all I got was
5 shrimp
wedges
rice n beans
And a drink

Stopped here for breakfast early on a Sunday. Tons of options for breakfast sandwich fillings, and the biscuits are fresh, big, and delicious. Breakfast and drinks was cheaper than fast food, and tasted better. The employees were really friendly and nice, too.

It’s a gas station get gas not food baught a box of dunkin sticks and a boxes of butter butters and both were expired more then 3 weeks

Midway food mart is a shell gas station and mini mart located in Kentucky that me and my family stopped in at on our journey home from Gatlinburg to louisville. We stopped in for gas and a fill up. Nice sized station that seems freshly renovated and stocked with plenty of options. My biggest complaint is that the mens room were a disaster which didn't match the vibe of the rest of the place. Sometimes when you walk into a gas station you can kinda tell by the rest of the place of the bathroom facilities will be gross or not. This one did not put off that vibe so we were surprised. Overall nice gas station with good snack and treat options and plenty of pumps. Filled out needs for gas, snacks and bathroom facilities. So overall mission accomplished.

I live right around the corner from this Shell and its convenience, cleanliness and great customer service keeps me coming back. I don't believe a lot of the bad reviews because I've been going here for about 3 years now and have never had an issue. I believe the bad reviews are people who may have dropped in once for 5 mins and dont really know the atmosphere. The bathrooms are always clean, they keep items stocked, their food is fresh, great customer service and the lines are fast. There are 2 other gas stations here in Midway and this is my #1 choice. Their gas prices are always decent and unlike the other 2 stores whose prices are usually 10 to 15 cents higher than Lexington or surrounding counties. If they have one register open and see that the line is getting long, another employee will immediately open the other register. During lunch hour this especially helps and is better than other locations I have visited. I know the staff and very well and they are all nice. They always greet me. They are courteous and overall, this is a great and convenient store!
