This is the location we frequent most because most of the dollar stores in town are low on stock most of the time. This store has a full inventory 95% of the time and very friendly employees.

Since this store was built it use to have decent products available but in recent times since during the pandemic and after the pandemic supply of most wanted/needed products has diminished. You're lucky if you can find toilet paper. They've switched out good products ie Viva paper towels (cloth strength) for cheap paper product same brand but lesser quality. They only employ 2 employees at a time, now explain to be how 2 people can stock and run a store? I'm waiting.

Since the pandemic I can’t get my usual items and most times it’s not stocked like it use to be. It seems many are bypassing Walmart and buying out the dollar general! The only good thing is it’s really close to me and on the flip side why would I have to visit the 5 dollar generals within the 14 mile radius of Monticello to get what I need? If I wanted to do that I’d just go to Walmart!
