I was at Day Brothers RV in Monticello and found a couple of campers I was interested in. No one came out to help me so I went inside where a man was sitting at the desk. I ask for the prices of the two campers I liked and his response was, “You can find all the prices online.” Really!

First time dealing with Day Bros. Monticello, Ky. Very good experience. On a motorhome had two new a/c units installed, new Vaccu flush system installed and a new on off switch for the vaccu system installed in a new location. So far can't find anything wrong. So I say good job Day Bros.

After having a terrible experience with a dealer in Knoxville, TN, where we live. We contacted Day Bros RV and purchased a brand new Jayco camper last year from Drew. My husband also spoke to Faith, Kyle, and the man who delivered the camper (we are unsure of his name) but were all very nice and professional. This is a business that goes above and beyond and will have our business for years to come.

I reached out to Day Bros about a 5th Wheel they had listed on RV Trader. I spoke to Andrew. Eventually I made an offer and he excepted the offer told me it would be a few days before I could get it as they were replacing the tires. Days turned into a few weeks because of parts for something else. Then I was told they had the parts and it would be a few days (by this time it had been a month from the original date of contact). I made arrangements to make the 14 hour drive and Andrew decided to ghost me. I sent several text and I could see that they were read but zero response. The 5th wheel is now on longer in their inventory. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed by the customer service I received. During the last month I could have been looking for other campers but had not because I believe Andrew and took his word. I should have read the reviews online about the poor customer service and experiences and never made an offer.

Great buying experience, had some small issues with our camper and they fixed is fast!! Would definitely buy from them again!! Very friendly and professional.

A Family member purchased a new RV from here. They never did a walk through on the unit, did not supply and manuals for it, got it home and was missing components. The refrigerator was not put together properly, had leaks in the plumbing system. Less than professional service. Would not recommend. 0 customer relations skills.

Purchased a '24 Wolfpup 16BHS from Day Bros at the 2024 Louisville Boat Show and picked it up a couple of weeks later. Great experience with the sales' discussion and the financing aspects on-site. Pick up was 'easy breezy' and had a wonderful time with all the folks at Day Bros in Monticello during our orientation. Good people and I highly recommend their business for any RV purchase!

Worse experience ever. Bought a used tv . Was promised everything worked, the ac/ the heat and hot water all had to be replaced. We have spent thousands of dollars replacing everything along with the rotted floor which was the only thing they told the truth about

2 years of trying to get my trailer repaired. Dealt with 4 different people with each one having their own fix but never fixing it. The last person wanted me to take it off my permanent site and bring to shop. Found out from another tech that it is something that could be fixed on site. I am done with them. A lot of phone calls, wasted time and excuses for nothing.
