Clean marina. Like the upgrades. Some wooden walkways need replaced. Put rain gutters up along roof edge where boat slips are. You charge enough money per year to do this.

A 5 star rating for staff / service. Houseboats are a different story, several issues during our 7 day trip but they were extremely attentive and did everything possible to make sure we were happy.

Love Lake Cumberland, always clean. Lots of places to beach ⛱️ your boat & go swimming & relax. Been going down there for years.
