Horrible service. The pharmacy closes at random and when I called to ask why the employee was hateful. Would not help with any information and just hung up on me. Definitely switching oharmacies

I love their selection of small gift items. They always have things you don't see everywhere else. Also, the employees at this location are very friendly, even the pharmacy employees. This is certainly a change from any other Walgreens I've ever visited. I appreciate that. Prices are comparable too! Especially on drinks. I buy my drinks (soda,water,etc) exclusively at this location. The drink sales they have are as good as Kroger, even better at times!

Pharmacy is the worst. Called ahead to have it ready. Waited the 30 minutes they said it would take and they still didn’t have my prescription ready when I got there so they made me get out of line and get back in. Don’t waste your time with these people. Silvers pharmacy is the way to go.

I’m glad there’s a Walgreens in Monticello Kentucky but it’s a little disappointing that the whole pharmacy has to shut down at the same time for lunch! It’s a business so why can’t the pharmacy staff stagger their lunch break to help other people who are trying to get things done while they have the time!

Service is usually very friendly and knowledgeable, but it can be slow, especially for drive-thru pharmacy service.Be aware that the pharmacy closes at least a couple of hours before the store closes, especially if you are waiting in the drive-thru. The last time I picked up a refill, I got in line for the drive-thru a little before 5:50, with two cars ahead of me. The line didn't move forward until maybe 6:20, and when I got to the window, the employee said that they were closed, and apologized. I knew that they closed at 6, but I assumed that before closing completely, they would take care of anyone who was already waiting, and I was wrong. (Moral of the story, don't waste the time waiting once closing time has passed.)

Called for my meds and they said they would get to it sometime today some ppl need there meds if there out n ready for there dose,very slow and rude,they said be ready in 30 mins and it wasn't ,,changing pharmacy
