Amerigas customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced. You wait on hold for (up to) an hour most times and have to give your name, address, account number, phone number and email address multiple times before they will ask how to help you. I terminated my account with them and asked for the propane tank to be removed. I have been given several dates as to when they will pick up only to waste my days because they don't show up and never call to reschedule. Just choose a different company unless you want multiple headaches each winter! I wish I could give them a zero star rating here.

The most unorganized and unreliable company I have ever dealt with in my life. I am redacting my 1 star. This company does not deserve a 1 star they deserve 0. I can only hope for the sake of propane that they shut down this location or the company entirely.

Worst company EVER! Do NOT do business with these people! They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are pitiful! They don’t charge you a monthly tank rental, it’s yearly whether you keep it one week or a year! This company is awful! I’d rather be COLD than do business with Amerigas!

So I have been waiting two weeks for propane and everytime I call its either someone who has bad cell phone service or someone who is liing to me. Seriously this call center is a joke. I was told my gas was being delivered Saturday and today on Tuesday the lady at call center. ANNA.. STATES THAT THEY OVERSCHEDULED AND THERE WAS NO DELIVERY DATE DOR ME. THIS IS RIDICUL I US. JUST BEUNG MY PROPANE... ITS COLD AND NOONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT THIS LONG WITH IT SO COLD PUTSIDE

We have been without heat for almost two days in the dead of winter. We are a family of six and should be a priority. So disappointed in the service!Update: Ok! We were told that they would be out today to turn our propane back on and no one showed. We just called and were told that it will be another two weeks before someone can come out. Two weeks???? Are you serious?!?!?! This is February. We will be in single digits in a couple of days with no heat. I wished someone could help us! What are we supposed to do with no heat for two weeks? I can’t cook for my family either. This is insane. I even took off work today to wait for the tech to come. If I could give them zero stars I would! Please don’t use this company! They don’t care if families freeze too death in the dead of winter!!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!!

27 days waiting now and still no gas, I have called 3 times during this period and have been told its escalated but, here it is the 27th day after placing order that was suppose to be a 7-10 day delivery. Very upset and disappointed how I payed over $300 for a service like this!

Wish there was a 0 star rating. Every time I call I stay on hold for hours and the customer service is terrible. I'll be using a different company for sure next fill up.
