“We called looking for a home for our family of 4 and they were super quick and so polite! It’s a very easy process! We went and found the home we are in now and made a big move. We are loving the home and how quick maintenance shows after making a phone call! I will be honest, I got an automated call the day before yesterday about a man coming to treat the home. That happens once a month I believe is what I was told. We are young renters and with someone coming to treat our home I don’t know what I need to do other than clean. I meant to call yesterday but I completely forgot and that’s my bad! I’m just trying to figure out what to expect and what I need to do? I feel horrible I didn’t call and I don’t want to make the job harder for them. I’m gonna call in the morning. I hope I didn’t wait to long ? I wanted to have the home spotless but with 2 under 2 and it only being me throughout the day not much got done… other than calling in the morning does anyone know what I can do so I can get up in the morning and try to make sure I done things correctly!! This is my first time renting a place like this and I should have asked more questions when I had the chance.”
