Great ARCO gas station. The gas is good quality and gives very good mileage. The bathrooms are very clean, which is a big plus. Customer service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to stop for gas.😊

I had the worst experience here. Filled up at the Morehead ARCO station on April 6th and just minutes later, my 2021 Toyota RAV4 started failing. Barely got home, wanted to take it to a mechanic, but the car wouldn’t start. Had to get it towed, replaced destroyed fuel pump and filter, high pressure fuel pump and the throttle body. Car still barely could function, finally had it towed to Lexington, for the dealership to examine, they tested the fuel, and concluded all damage was due to poor quality, water contaminated fuel! I reached out to the ARCO station but cannot get ahold of the owner. I am out over $2,200 dollars. It seems like we aren’t the only ones either. Would love for the owner to help us out.
ETA : we have reached out to corporate and still have not been able to get a reply. I would recommend avoiding this company as a whole.

They have competitive pricing which for the customer it's great because their gas is usually the lowest in our area , I get very good mileage .The store is kept very clean and stocked and very friendly staff

I had a terrible experience at this ARCO station. After filling up with regular fuel, my car (a 2018 Toyota RAV4) broke down just minutes later on the highway and had to be towed 60 miles back the direction I came from. The gas turned out to be contaminated and cost me over $900 in repairs. I submitted everything requested—receipt, tow report, mechanic’s bill, and full documentation—to Marathon Petroleum (ARCO’s parent company), and after initial communication, I’ve been completely ignored. This experience ruined my travel plans, left me stranded, and cost me time, stress, and money. I wouldn’t recommend this station to anyone. Extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability.
I need you to look into case number #00870717 and I’ve contacted on the socials via Facebook and was not helped. Need answers.

Diesel pump super slow. No windshield wash. Pump stops at 75.00. Don’t stop here!

Disappointed....Traveling across country and stopped for my BP gas. No paper in the machine for my receipt. Had to go in to get receipt so I used the restroom. Bathroom dirty. Staff needs training on how to clean it. Also could be friendlier. 5/25/22
