I visited the Morehead AT&T store on September 25th and unfortunately had a very poor experience with an associate named Josh. We arrived around 7:23 p.m. and waited until approximately 7:35 p.m. before being acknowledged, as Josh was engaged in a personal conversation with another couple about family ties and heritage, unrelated to business.
When it was finally our turn, Josh refused to assist us because it was past 7:30 p.m., stating that activating a phone would take an hour. This is not accurate information, as I have had phones activated much more quickly in the past. It was clear he simply did not want to help, as he had mentioned his long commute home several times during the prior conversation.
Additionally, I was not greeted upon entering the store, and at no point did I feel that customer service was a priority. This lack of professionalism and unwillingness to provide assistance is exactly why AT&T often receives criticism for customer service.
I left the store without the help I needed, which was both frustrating and disappointing. I hope management will take this feedback seriously, as customers should be treated with respect and given accurate information regardless of the time of day

I ordered a galaxy watch ultra yesterday online. The item arrived today and I was excited but upon opening my shipping package delivered by UPS I was disappointed. The galaxy watch ultra I received came packaged in what looked like a return package box. It was completely unprofessional and I know from purchasing galaxy watches in the past Samsung takes great pride in their packaging and product. Not only was it sent to me in the wrong packaging there were no protection stickers attached to the watch and it didn’t even fit properly in the box. I was flabbergasted. On top of that the watch would not accept the eSIM. I sat on the phone with customer service for four hours. Finally resolving nothing and returning the watch today. I have been a customer over five years and I am extremely disappointed with this experience!

Matthew helped us with what we requested and found solutions for us that worked on the survey. I accidentally hit the wrong number. We were very satisfied with our experience with Matthew.

We had an incredible experience at the AT&T store in Morehead! We came in right before closing with a major issue, not with AT&T, and Dylan went above and beyond to help us. He was knowledgeable, patient, and treated us with so much respect the entire time. Even though it was the end of his day, he never made us feel rushed and worked diligently to get everything resolved and be helpful. Truly awesome customer service! Thank you, Dylan, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience.
