“Was on a trip to New York City and close to Morehead when I felt rumble strip type vibration on left turns at high speed. I pulled over and randomly call Morehead Tire. I asked if they could look at it and give me an assessment of the issue and the safety of the car to continue my trip. They agreed to assess it. After test driving it they indicated the lower control arm needed replacing. I was shocked when they said they could get one delivered and installed in about 1.5 hours. Job was completed on time at reasonable cost. Continued on my trip and returned with no problem. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Great experience.”

Have been multiple times every time, I'm informed about a price and about the service before it happens. Sure, sometimes they forget to call you.
