The sheer amount of times they get the oil filter wrong due to using a computer and luckily I have another car to get the right one. They hire anyone. Don't have to know anything about cars. Might as well just walk in and type on the computer myself. Absolute ignorance

Great customer service!!!
Thank you to John who is a mechanic by trade! My daughters (ages 16, 8, 7,5) and I drove to Pennsylvania for a wedding and thank God we took this route going back home to Kansas. John happily assed the situation, got me the parts I needed and hooked me up with a couple men who were willing to help me after hours! Praise the Lord! God Bless ALL of the Gentlemen Involved!
P.s. I don't know the names of the young gentleman from Autozone that lead me to John but they were so sweet and caring.
I recommend ONE THOUSAND PERCENT!!!!

They Done a free code check and cleared them and then even gave some helpful advise any answered all my questions. If I were local and didnt despise kentucky with everything in me, Morehead autozonewould be my goto for my auto needs.

Good place. I bought windshield wipers, and it took them 10 minutes before they could put them on. Otherwise, it is a great store with good workers.
