I’d give this place a 0 star extremely rude halfway done the job would not come back and fix the issue a few days after they installed the door cussed out my mother and the woman was talking down to my farther saying he has no balls and that they was not coming to fix the issue the door was paid for in 12-16-23 just got finished 5-5-23 the door came in with bad panels the wire job looks to been done by a 2 year old black tape no heat shrink on the wires they had spliced again the woman who’s running this is a joke and VERY Rude they kept forgetting parts to the door wanted us to do the labor work they we paid for wouldn’t even program the remotes until we Finley had them come back to finish putting the trim up very poor job don’t come here unless you want to put up your own door

I have never dealt with such unprofessional, disrespectful people in all my life. After spending 12,000 dollars on garage doors, there was a minor issue that needed fixed (We were willing to pay extra for labor and parts if needed). The lady in the office cussed my husband and accused him of tampering with the doors. My dad (also my contractor and builds several houses in the area) called today and was cussed by the lady and asked to speak to her husband (the owner) and was also cussed and told f#%* you and hung up on.If you want to worry about your things being stole by their questionable workhands and get cussed at and talked to like a dog AFTER they get your money, Cave Run Overhead Door is your go to ? Don’t worry they are very sweet and easy to work with before you hand over the checks!

The “owner” wants half down on your purchase so she can keep it when you want to cancel your order when it takes 6 months for your order to come in. Claims restocking fee when the order hasn’t even came in to be “restocked”. Then she’s got your 1/2 down and can resell your order to someone else. She is mentally unstable. Will lash out and cuss you if you say anything was wrong. Which usually is. Many people I know that did business had wrong parts come in, wrong color, wrong window inserts. But tell her that. She will rip your head off and claim you just don’t want to pay the other 1/2 down. Very unprofessional. The best workers they had are gone because she doesn’t treat them right. She pays them hourly, but doesn’t give them overtime pay for hours worked over 40 in a week. 5 stars for the employees who had to be treated bad and did good work. They installed a friend of mine’s door. They were there past 6pm and had to drive back 2 hours to get home. Damaged panel, came back months later to fix it and it was the wrong size panel. Had to reorder the right panel, 6 months later they came and finally fixed the door. Don’t use this company. Horrible employer and company all around. Go to Howard’s Overhead or Overhead Door of Lexington. Or even Hartzler. Also supposedly “Christians”. That’s just a front to get you to think they’re good people. Also one of my good friends is a truck driver and had to deliver there. The one legged which is the owners husband, that works there tried to fight him, over something that wasn’t even the drivers fault. So the owner and her bus and started fighting and throwing stuff. Cussing each other. Very “Christian” of them. The driver also asked to use their restroom. He went in and turned around and decided to use the truck stop restroom. Feces on the walls and what looked like feces in the floor. It had flooded in the warehouse too, so I’m sure the feces was all over everyone’s products. Be warned. Bad business. Please go somewhere else.

Owner went 100% Karen on me in what was supposed to be a professional setting. Her employees were apologizing behind her back, and said she acts crazy to them all the time.Hint: drive by the place before doing business, because you can judge this book by it's cover.

Ordered my 2 electric doors in November of 2020. Kept getting the run around up til end of February of 2021. For the first 8 weeks I was understanding as anyone should be to give a company a benefit of a doubt. But when they finally showed up first week of March 2021 to install my doors they 50% finished it and left it incomplete. And we are now in July of 2021 basically with no update of when they was coming back to finished a unfinished job. Long story short everyone stay away. I have spent $5000.00 and never once got a update or anything on when they will be back out to finish. And all the parts not even in yet! Run around run around!!!

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy, They will screw you out of your money, I made my mistake by not checking the reviews. The lady that works in the office is a lying so called Christian, After waiting 6 weeks on my doors ,being told by her that the overhead doors in Lexington were 18 weeks out. But I didn't check for myself. At 9 weeks I finally called overhead doors in Lexington and they put my doors up, 3 days later. Then she tried to keep over 1900 dollars , for so called restocking Fee , for doors that hand never been made . I ended up getting back all but 480.00 . SHE IS A LYING CHRISTIAN idiot . SO IF YOU NEED GARAGE DOORS CALL LEXINGTON OVERHEAD DOOR AND STAY AWAY FROM CAVE RUN OVERHEAD DOORS
