The woman was incredibly rude and did a terrible job! I asked for short and round and she gave me medium, almond shaped. They look like cheap press ons from the DG! And of course they're crooked. She didn't even apply the acrylic over the full nail so they're breaking already.

If I could give this place 1 star I would, let me start off by saying I called this place and gave specifics of what I wanted and what needed to be done so I could get exact pricing. I was told it would be $45 for sns, and have 7 previous sns taken off. All real nail, no tips. Okay fine. Went in everything was find with taking the old sns off, until the guy started working on my nails, the drill he used he was really rough and then ran the drill around my whole finger twice and then I pulled my hand away bc it scared me and he chuckled and apologized. Okay getting to the dipping everything looked fine beside he was rough about getting the extra excess product off my fingers and back into the container. Then came the buffing, which proceeded with him doing it so hard he flung the buffer at me and flew into the floor. Again he chuckled but this time didn't apologize. Alright skip this to where we had to move to get it all done. Finish coating for them. And I notice he kept trying to pick out a bristle that had got onto my nail, no biggy, however this was on my left hand. And on the right hand thumb you'll see another brush bristle... In the polish. He never attempt to get it out and I did not see it until I left. And when I left I was pissed. When I went to pay they popped up telling me they were charging me $55 for regular on real nail sns. I said no, I called before and you guys hold me $45 and I explained exactly what I needed done and the 7 sns nails that needed taken off. He proceeded to say, it's bc you chose 2 colors of sns black and green. I looked him dead in his face, and said okay so just bc I chose 2 different colors you are charging me and extra $10 for the same amount of product I would have used if I only chose 1 color. Now mind you, I just got these done 09/13/2023 and finished and walked out at 315pm, it is 645pm, and I'm a work from home computer person. I haven't done any strain work with my hands. Haven't even done dishes. And you'll see one of the nails have already chipped.... 3 hours over 24 hours after getting them done and it's already chipping. I will never go back here. It's not worth the money, oh and I forgot to mention the green is so thin on some nails you can see the darkness difference... I'm so disappointed. And I should have not paid.. Oh and not to mention I was there with a friend and as she was getting hers done the other nail tech done the same thing the guy tech done to me x2 with the buffer, going so hard it flung across the room.. They were not careful and very rough.. Be aware

the man doing my nails cut many areas of my skin, when cutting my cuticles they bled (photo down below) When filing my nails he hurt many areas on my finger. Only two photos for show, my nails aren’t as I wanted on the photo. Won’t be going back.Service: Acrylic nails
