“Its a good store. But training is a must. I watched as the line backed up and the cashier (gentleman wearing a blue ball cap) had a customer wanting ballons filled with helium, instead of taking how many she wanted back and blowing them up, he would blow one up and bring it back as she would string it and then she would give him another one. And they ran it like an assembly line while every one was waiting. It took like 15 or 20 mins. Im not even kidding. Im sure thats not DG policy on how to handle that.”
“I seen a comment about one of the employees, Amanda, and just to be said I've never seen her be rude and I'm down there at the least 3 times a day, and shes always been helpful, and respectful as far as I've seen 9 times out of 10 all the employees are nice. I have no complaints...”
“Every time I walk in this store I am greeted in a friendly manner by the people that work there, even though they are extremely busy stocking shelves. In fact, I think the majority of the time that I enter the store, the manager is stepping off of a stepladder to greet me. I always feel like I am interrupting something, and that it's okay for me to do so.”
