The woman who did my hair was very sweet however this is what it looked like when she was done. The left and the right side did not look the same (which I didn’t notice until I got home) I paid $145 plus tip for this.

Brittany was amazing from the moment I scheduled my appointment. She gave me all the knowledge I needed to make the best decisions and was very patient with me while doing so. My hair turned out beautiful and I will definitely be going back!

Had a bad experience with Jessica. I asked for blonde balayage and this is what I got. I understand she came in on a day off to do my hair. She got upset that I posted my experience on Facebook and called me rude and refused to refund my money because I didn’t ask her to fix it. After this I didn’t trust her to fix it and didn’t believe she would refund my money. She claimed she did not notice this but she slowly blow dried my hair and curled it but I will leave the pictures below so you can see how it was truly hard to miss if she was styling it. I had to pay someone else to fix it. The 4 stars are for Alicia and Katie the owners of the salon for the kindness despite them not being able to refund me because the stylist only rents a booth from the salon. They offered me services in exchange to try to make things right. Alicia was very sweet and I’ve heard great things about her. The salon is very nice inside and clean. Only thing is I would not recommend Jessica for any blonde work.

Update 2/13/2020: Went back again and Kristie cut my hair and did a fantastic job! She put a lot of time and effort into making sure I got the result I wanted.
