Fast unloading, lumper fees. But why keeping the truck driver while counting and inspecting the load.. just get stamp with "subject to a counting and inspection" and let the driver go.. shame on you guys

The end of the road is closed now, but there is new parking, for about 8-10 trucks in a row and may fit much more, for overnight, guard confirmed it's allowed.

I was scared by so many bad reviews but it couldn't have gone better for me.
My experience in this DC has been excellent.
For a 6:30am appointment I arrived at 6:07am and they automatically assigned me a door and at 8am it was already empty and the papers were in my hands.
The lady in the office is very friendly and there is overnight parking for about 10 trucks.

Delivery appt at 7am, got inside at 6:45am, got the door right away, lumper charged 660$ (hilarious amount) at 10am, it`s 12:30pm still didn`t release the truck...they are counting (slacking).... AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

If you don't want to be fined 660, don't go to this place, they are thieves as it is a place that doesn't produce anything, they live off the sweat of others...

Kept me awhile, and do not show up more than an hour early for your appointment.

Guards are nice. Receiving clerk is there(no real personality that she shows drivers) the lumper service is a joke! Started unloading at 7am. Got the lumper total fee about 0745 for $496.33. Paid the lumper and got my receipt by 0830. It is currently 1000 and I'm still in the door waiting for paperwork. Avoid this place like the plague.

11:00 Am appointment
7:15 Am arrival
Guard shack was friendly
No door instructed to park and check in at receiving
Receiving check and capstone lady are very nice
Put directly in a door
08:00 lights back to green just waiting on them to count it and release me
Would rate 10 stars if I could all around excellent experience

My driver delivered the load here. 11 pallets. $660 lumper fee. 3 hours unloading time. They are charging carriers for 3 hours of unprofessional labor basically the same amount that was paid to the carrier to bring the load here from 350 miles away. Horrific practice and just overall poor and bad service. Capstone is bad like everywhere else, this type of business should disappear. The place overall is poorly maintained.

Nice guards at the gate. I arrived the night before my appointment, and no one could unload me at the time, but they do have overnight parking for about 8 trucks the next morning they had me unloaded within an hour
