Billing has to be investigated by the Feds. Needs to be reported to Frankfort ASAP. Taking all statements to Frankdort along with bank statements. I read some reviews, once you get CPAP they done with you. They need to be Audited on their billing ASAP

I have been with Lincare for many years, I have never had a bad experience with them at all. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Always ready to help with any concerns I have. My concentrate quit working around 2 am one morning and I called the EM # and they brought me another one with no waiting. I appreciate Lincare and and the delivery drivers are all awesome. Thank you all so very much.

They have been billing my insurance for over a year for CPAP and no response to me getting supplies. They also bill my daughter's insurance each month for a Oxygen Concentrator that is over 10 years old that she hasn't used for at least 9 of those years.

Love the company only issue is my supplies sometime gets in very poor shape before the next shipment arrives. I don't do very well with remembering when to reorder and do greatly appreciate reminders

If using them for CPAP related issues, they're the worst. They literally give you the CPAP machine a year or longer after you order one... then once you get it they DO NOT HELP with anything related to the machine.Having trouble using the machine? They don't help and will actively ignore you until insurance doesn't cover your supplies anymore.

I've not received my cpap supplies for 3 months now. I've placed the orders and am told they will be in in 7-10 days... I haven't received a single thing since early June and can't use my cpap because of it. Absolutely terrible company; I used Lincare years ago and switched to St. Claire when it came time to get a new machine and had zero issues. This time around my doctor's office sent it to Lincare and they are still terrible. St. Claire is a much better supplier and I will be contacting my insurance company to see if they have been billed for the supplies (fraud) and switching suppliers. Not sure how this place is still in business.*update* So, I *finally* received the cushions and hose replacement, but the cushions were for a different mask that was ordered 3 months ago by my doctor. So, 3 and a half months later and I *still* can't use my CPAP machine.
