My daughters windshield was broken and they replaced it and in the process they broke the molding around the window. After speaking with them they said they would order the piece they broke and replace it. That was last time they answered anything. The main office in Lexington was even called and they said they would call a tech and get it fixed and return our call and still yet nothing and it’s been around 6 weeks now so they don’t know what they are doing and if they break it your just screwed and you have to find someone else and pay to get it fixed if you want it done right! Stay away from here and beware!!! Finally someone called and said they would put the replacement piece in and my daughter was able to take it and get it fixed after they read this review but they done the same half way job they did when they busted it because less than 24 hours later the piece they put on flew off and came out and it’s broken again so unless ya have the extra money for another shop to fix it what gets broken think twice about going here. At least from our experience and it was an awful one!

Angela was excellent!!! Despite some crazy phone tag issues she and I had, she managed to keep me sane and have a few laughs while getting everything scheduled. Cody came out the very next day and got the job done in a professional manner!
They did a great job and I would highly recommend 🙃

Madison did an awesome job of setting my appointment up. Bobby came to my house and had the new windshield in within 45 minutes. They were both very professional and very pleasant to work with.

Due to a rock hitting my windshield on the interstate, I had to have it replaced. The entire process was seamless.
Austin had the whole process complete within an hour & was polite & efficient. Excellent customer service from him as well as Shanna when I spoke with her on the phone!

Only been a few days, it I ma very satisfied so far. Shanna was awesome when setting my appointment. Sweetest little voice, and very polite. When I got to the shop Austin was ready, explained everything and offered me a cup of coffee. Very nice fellow.

I definitely highly recommend this company. Their installer he is definitely knowledgeable and quick. I have a h2 hummer and other company's wouldn't change my window, but these guys got me in quickly and replaced quickly and correctly. Will use again if I'm ever in town.
