Very rude people. I saw the sign and says free customer parking. I was going to get breakfast in the morning. I called the store and they said $ 20.00. I paid the the 20 and will not get breakfast or anything else. Charge way to much for parking. $20.00. I was going to go to the Loves travel stop and could have parked for free and they have plenty of parking. Made mistake of coming here. Will not happen again.

Shell customer care, you keep responding to poor feedback about this location with statements that you will contact the station operator and have the issues addressed but the feedback keeps pouring in. I'm starting to think that Shell customer care is as subpar as this location is.

I have been coming here since about 1988. Last night was my last visit ever. Pulled in and walked the dogs, when I noticed pay to park signs. This must be new owners, as I have never had to pay to park here. I stayed about 3.5 hrs, in fear of getting booted and slid .3 miles to the east bound i-64 ramp and parked on the shoulder. Men's room closed, quietly used the women's. Only 1 person on duty it was about 3:15am

I really don't know what yalls problem is I stop here Avery now and than I rarely come up this way. But I've never had an issue always friendly prices are just like at any truckstop the food is better and cheaper than any truckstop and you pay for parking no different than TA loves any of tue big places atleast here you don't get blocked in..remember you get the attitude you Give! Like I said i have never had any issues I enjoy stopping here

DO NOT COME HERE. The owner is very rude and changes his story about what is free parking and what is paid parking. Parking lot is in poor shape and can not make out reserved parking spots. After confronting the manager about this he threatened to call the police on me. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN and I advise you to not stop here at all

Needed a place to stop for night. $20 to park or buy fuel. Didn't need fuel so I paid. Better than parking on the shoulder, but for $20, you expect the lot to be in better shape. Half paved half gravel from what I observed. Men's room reeked. I guess they've never heard of cleaners like pine sol or lysol. Hand drier didn't work either.

At these times I wish there was no stars allowed, I recently had surgery and it was raining. So I pull up to the door and call them, I needed gas but only had cash. After talking to management and front line workers.. they wouldn't come to my car 4ft out the door take my money so I didn't have to try to navigate the wet floor on crutches. There is no descent ppl left in this world

Clean, well stocked gas station/store. Easy access from highway. Wide variety of drinks and munchies.

People are always crying over everything. This place gave me a free parking spot for the night, a bathroom to use, and a store with normal prices to shop at. There’s a scale on site, a dumpster, laundry, showers, and a small restaurant.
