I've been a customer here for about 10 years. I have MS and chronic pain. They have never treated different when they would have to refill my narcotics. I switched my grandkids over to this pharmacy and they were more than happy to do that. If i have questions the pharmacist will come right out and talk to me. In fact before they moved into the store they are in now, I was broke and unable to purchase my husbands scripts, they were nice enough to let me credit the amount and i paid them after my husband got his check. I definitely reccomemd this pharmacy. Thank you Total Care for making me feel at home.

If you receive Suboxone, do not attempt to fill here. They will treat you like you are a common junkie. We typically fill at Holbrook. Once we had to have a prescription sent here because Holbrook was closed early for the holiday. Out physician sent an emergency 2 day prescription which they refused to fill because they we already had a prescription ready at Holbrook and they couldn’t prove that we hadn’t picked it up. Due to the doctor sending this prescription here when the next prescription came it was sent here by mistake. They say it was flagged for pharmacy shopping and refuse to fill again. When called out on it they proceed to blame the doctor being out of state when said doctor has a valid KY license. They will talk to you horribly the entire time. Take any controlled substance prescriptions to Holbrook, Cave Run, anywhere but here.

The staff truly cares about you..My Mother got her meds filled here for several years..They we're good to explain to Mom about her medications..Because of the kindness they extended to her is the reason why I switched from another pharmacy to Total Care Pharmacy and I've never regretted it..

It's a small pharmacy compared to others but they typically have the one thing that others in town don't. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Prices are typically in line with other pharmacies in town.
