Literally the most rude and incompetent pharmacy I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Pharmacy tech with greasy hair had a rude demeanor and an ugly attitude. Pharmacist wasn’t any help either. Heads up, working with the public means you have to learn how to talk to people with respect. Learn how to be a decent human, or quit and go be miserable in private.

The staff is always friendly, and they need more credit for that. They are always busy, and have gotten busier, since olive hill closed down. The wait times are longer now. In the drive thru, and over the phone. Service is great though!!!!! Raises for them

Absolutely Disgusting Behavior – I Will Be Taking Action, Walgreens, Morehead, KY the worst employees, Bobbi and Hannah
Bobbi, the so-called manager, shouted at me from her office, telling me to leave because my baby was “making a mess” and they “couldn’t wait around all day” for me to finish printing. She didn’t even come out to speak to me face-to-face — pure cowardice and total lack of professionalism.
Hannah (customer service) jumped in with the same nasty, dismissive attitude. But what makes it even worse: they clearly treated me differently because of my accent. The lack of basic human decency was shocking.
There was zero empathy for the fact that I was with a one-year-old child. Zero patience. Zero respect.
This wasn’t just bad customer service — it was humiliating and discriminatory.
I will be taking the appropriate steps to report this behavior. I will not stay silent.

The staff and pharmacy does everything within their power to make sure the store is clean, well kept, and organized. They are very friendly and always go out of their way! 🩷

Pharmacy staff are so terrible it’s shocking. They go out of their way to be rude to you, they don’t care about their patients, and they seem to find joy in telling patients bad news about their prescriptions. I have never been to a pharmacy where every single person I have the displeasure of interacting with is rude, unprofessional, and just downright mean and disrespectful.

I found the Trappy's hot sauce. I bought the store out as it is good for soups, chili and a few other things.

According to T mobile at 7:58 the pharmacy window was closed. That may not be an issue if it was a fast food drive thru but it is a big issue when you drive 45 minutes to get your medicine before they close at 8 only to see the employees leaving.

My daughter had her medications transferred on a Tuesday at 1:00 they informed her they wouldn’t get to it until Wednesday when she arrived they didn’t transfer all medications. They told her to come back Thursday they would have her other transferred. She goes back today and they said she had no refills we call the pharmacy transferring the meds she had 3 refills they lied directly to my daughter’s face. She went to Walmart and got the prescriptions filled within 30 minutes. Horrible customer service
