What a nightmare!
The text messaging system is flawed and has caused endless frustration. The messages are inaccurate and have resulted in wasted trips and time. No one seems to have an answer as to why there are mistakes being made over and over again.
The hours the pharmacy is open are minimal, and they are closed on weekends. How is that helpful when most surgical procedures are on Fridays?
I would NEVER recommend this Walgreens to anyone.

They don't get in no hurry to fill your prescription if they fill it at all. There is to many mis-haps between doctors emails and Walgreens pharmacy to be mistakes. And once I had hand written prescriptions that I had given them and they refused to fill them. That's been over 5 months and still have not filled them I had to make another doctor's appointment just to get another prescription to get my meds.. so it's my recommendation not to do business at this prescription pharmacy

If I Could give 0 stars I would! This pharmacy is absolutely HORRIBLE. The Technicians are rude and talk about their customers in front of them and others. Zandria (I believe her name is) is absolutely without a doubt the rudest! I over heard her rudely talking about a coworker and about how she was going to make sure that girl doesn’t make it full time and hopes she quits or gets fired. Then she proceeded to trash talk a customer as they were walking away. The phones NEVER get answered. I have watched as phone calls get ignored while they all stand around and gossip. It is absolutely awful. I will be getting my meds elsewhere from here on out. Very unprofessional pharmacy staff I do not recommend getting your meds filled at this location.

It's sad this is basically the only place to get your prescription filled in Morgantown. They're not open on weekends; I guess people don't need medicine on weekends. Most of their medicine is also mailed in too. So that adds to delays in getting your medicine also.

Never had a good experience at this location in over a year. Argumentative staff. Refuse to fill my meds until days after I'm already out, repeatedly. They get it mailed in, even so it never arrives when it claims to. Over not being able to take my zoloft daily as prescribed. Cruel uneducated staff.

Went on a Saturday to pick up a prescription called in late Friday and they were closed! So, people don’t get sick or need medication filled on the weekends? Ridiculous!

Absolutely awful pharmacy staff. Very rude and argumentative. The staff openly talks about patients in front of other clients. The manager is in on the conversations also. One of the techs even yelled my full name across the pharmacy to other employee. I will never return.

I have a prescription I need today. The online automated system said my prescription was received and would be ready by 4:45 today. I got to Walgreens and the pharmacy was closed. The sign says they are closed Saturday and Sunday. So now I won’t be able to get my prescription till Monday.

Also bought a gift card a Visa. Someone had scanned it on the rack and when the receiver of the card tried to use it, they couldn't .
