“I ordered an ACP aluminum radiator from Kentucky Mustang. It was promptly delivered, but was damaged. I used the delivery notice email to send a reply, noting the damage and attaching photos. Almost immediately I received a reply from KM, saying that a replacement would be shipped immediately along with a return label for the damaged unit. That immediate response and the fact that a replacement was quickly shipped without asking that the damaged unit be returned first told me that I was dealing with a trustworthy company with excellent customer service. This was my first purchase from Kentucky Mustang, but it will not be the last.”

“Thanks to the folks at Dutch’s Chevy and specifically Brad Alford for meeting a need that my family and I had. We needed a dependable vehicle for Dr. appointments, necessary trips around town and transportation in general. Brad listed the vehicle that was what we had been looking for. It was inexpensive, dependable and we are the 2nd owner of this vehicle. They accepted a deposit to hold it for 2 days. Even though they could have sold it several times they remained true to their word and I signed the paperwork yesterday and I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Toyota Camry. Yes it’s an older vehicle and that’s ok. Because I know that a Toyota Camry is reliable and I have seen as many as 450,000 miles on one that I owned previously when I sold it and purchased another one.

“Actually, they've been good here, we just moved here from Michigan, and we not only had to have brakes replaced, but after that a clip on the brakes needed to be replaced as well. When the clip needed to be replaced they didn't charge us, they were honest, and you don't see that too often from other places, we'll definitely go here again!”
“Extremely grateful for the amazing folks at Quality Tire and Service Center in Mt. Sterling, KY! We were on our way back home to Maryland from Texas with our Jeep Grand Cherokee towing our travel trailer when some road debris punctured a tire. We looked for a nearby tire shop and fortunately we were not far away from Quality, just off I-64. As soon as we arrived the owner plugged and remounted our tire, topped off the air in the others, and really helped us get through an otherwise tough situation. Very impressed by the friendly service we received.”
“Just picked my car up here after being hit by another driver, these people were great! They done an amazing job on my car and they’re extremely genuine down to earth people. My car sat in the cold for a while while being repaired so I ended up going else where bought my own battery and they put it in for me. Not only was my car repaired but she was shining like someone cleaned her up. I’ll forever recommend this place! Also they didn’t charge me for the time my car sat there waiting for me to pick it up! They also helped me source some parts for a manual conversion that were otherwise very hard to find. I will certainly do more business with Camargo when the time comes and other parts fail.”

“My tire light started flashing (after having had it fixed several times at my local place) while on the interstate and I pulled into Katie’s to see what they could do. It was 4 pm, only an hour before they closed, and they welcomed me in and took their time to figure out what was wrong.
They were friendly and warm and did more research than my local place had to figure out the problem. And, there was no charge! So impressed and grateful for this wonderful place and team. Thank you!”

“I had a bad battery, they tested it and replaced it for free! It did have a warranty but other places prorate. Ian, the manager, was very nice and helpful. He was polite to his coworkers and replaced the battery without any problems. I will bring my car here for tires soon. They gave a great estimate for 4 tires, beating all other competitors!”
