New world for me. Couponing is fun, I wish the store carries more merchants on the first day of deal. It happens all the time that nothing in stock for coupon. But still able to reach out some other stuffs. It’s an adventure!

The Mount Sterling CVS has probably the rudest and most incompetent pharmacy staff you’ll find. The low-grade assistant with the ridiculously large ear holes is among the worst. Ironically, she’s assigned up front and in direct contact with customers. I’d recommend customer service training for the staff, but I don’t think there’s an achievable level of human decency there. They should probably work on that basic human decency part first. Baby steps.

I am always very pleased with my interactions at CVS. The staff is always kind, courteous and very helpful with any questions I may have. I highly recommend them!

The people here are the most RUDE OBNOXIOUS people I have EVER came in contact with and to boot they do not have very good smarts either!!!!! Now you can’t even CALL TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ABOUT THEIR IGNORANCE!!!!! You have to leave a message so no one will ever return your call huh what a joke good riddance cvs not nice doing business with you at all

Horrible - do not try to deal with their pharmacy. The automated system will not let you through to speak with a real person to actually get help. When you call the main store - the "can" but "won't" transfer back to the pharmacy area.

I had to switch my prescriptions from the pharmacy I've gone to my whole life to CVS because our insurance at work changed. CVS blocked my prescription card and I can only use it at CVS.

Don’t get your meds here if you don’t want some kind of issue to arise every single time you go to pick them up. Don’t use the drive through if you don’t want to be there for 30 minutes stuck in the same spot. Don’t go inside to get your meds if you want to pick them up in less than 25 minutes. Don’t go here if you want to get talked down to by the red headed pharmacy tech inside doing absolutely nothing but somehow can’t come help you. Don’t go to pick up your meds inside because they will wait until they’re done with their closing chores to come help you checkout. Don’t call here because they will sit and watch the phone ring. Don’t use this pharmacy. Horrible.
