Kept my truck 65 days. Service advisor did not keep me updated, and made promises he couldn't keep. Ended up costing me more than the truck was worth. They didn't do everything I requested. They damaged the inside of my truck, too.

They are the best, best treatment, best service, if I could give it a 10, I would give it to them, I recommend it 100%. I went to 1 and a half in Louisville and it was the best place I have ever known. I feel super satisfied, fast and professional. I will go back if necessary, even if it is very far away.

My husband and I brought our truck in for an oil change and service recall and while we had time we decided to talk with a salesman about newer trucks. We ended up trading the truck we brought in for service for a 2023 Chevrolet Colorado. Everyone was very nice and they took very good care of us.

Had to return again for some maintenance worm, and I couldn't be happier with the service.
Went here for a recall on my Ford, and customer service is top-notch. First time being here, and I was very pleased with the service. They had my truck in and out quickly. Which was good because I kept skimming the lot, and a Bronco seemed to be calling my name lol.
We will definitely return when in the market for our next Ford.
