I brought four tires and wheels to have mounted. They quoted me $115. When I went back to pick them up, they charge me $246. They said the inside of my wheels were corroded, and they took three hours to clean. So I asked him, would it not have been better for me to just buy four new steel wheels. He said yes absolutely. So I asked, why not call me?And run this by me. They said they just wanted to get it done. If they do this to a tire customer, I would definitely not ever buy a new machine or have anything else done here.

5 months later still no saddlebags that come standard with my 2023 650 CF Moto adventure. Still no call from anyone about them. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM DEALERSHIP!!!

Bought a 2025 Uforce 1000 from Wade. I live in Texas and it was super easy. Price was about $1500 less than I could get in East TX, and it only cost me $425 to ship here. Whole process was completed by text and email, super easy and painless!!!!

Long time customer of Derek’s the manager , bought 2 Sxs from him at gateway. Bought a 2023 cf moto 950 excellent machine till the brakes quit working he warranted the parts and pocketed the labor cause I installed. Then the motor started over heating , wound up having water in the oil . Blown head gasket he replaced the whole motor , only thing is now ya can’t ride it cause it continuously jumps out of gear . Been waiting 2 months on a phone call from mechanic to explain how to fix still hasn’t happened he wants me to take to another guy and dump his mess ups in his lap to fix !!!! Ben waiting on a call from Derek’s boss for 2 months now apparently he doesn’t have one !!!

DO NOT BUY FROM GATEWAY CYCLES IN MT. STERLING KY. I FOUND A 2023 CF MOTO ADVENTURA MOTORCYCLE ON SALE FOR $2300. I THOUGHT IT WAS A GREAT DEAL, SO I CALLED TO SEE IF IT WAS LEGIT AN IT WAS, I WAS STOKED. I CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER WHEN I WAS READY TO PURCHASE THE BIKE AN GOT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRICE WHICH WAS HIGHER. (RED FLAG). SO I CALLED THE DAY I WAS READY TO PURCHASE THE BIKE AN WAS TOLD A DIFFERENT PRICE (RED FLAG). SO I DECIDED TO MAKE THE 2 HOUR DRIVE TO PURCHASE THE BIKE BECAUSE I STILL THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD DEAL. I GET THERE AN NOONE CAME UP TO HELP ME. I WAITED ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE I WAS APPROACHED BY DERRICK LEIGH. WHO WAS ACTUALLY A GOOD SALESMAN. HE DIRECTED ME TO THE ADVERTISED BIKE. AN GOT ME SQUARED AWAY. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE BIKE COMES STANDARD WITH SADDLE BAGS. I ASKED ABOUT THEM AN DERRICK TOLD ME THAT THEY REACHED OUT TO THE MANUFACTURER AN THEY WEREN'T SHIPPED WITH THE BIKE AN THAT HE WOULD CONTACT ME WHEN THEY CAME IN. I THINK IT'S EXTREMELY WIERD THAT THE STANDARD BAGS WEREN'T SENT. I REACHED OUT TO GATEWAY CYCLES AN THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE. SO PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL DEFINITELY LIE TO YOU AN INFLATE THE PRICE OF THIER BIKES.

Ging down hill fast. New Management just not cutting it. Missed 2 deals. One was mine. Carl sold out. I wish i had the opportunity to speak with this new owner. It would change his life. Kids today do not undertand the importance of CRM. Us guys in the 70 and 80' wrote the book on sales. Team work will.make your dream much bigger lol. Showed up stood around 15 minutes 10 people passed me by very uncomfortable experience. When you looking to spend 10 to 20 grand!

You can get parts but they are over priced you can just go rite down the road to Jonny outdoor power sports and get the work done for half the price and a lot better service.

Wow! Called about a CFMoto 1000 overland. It showed a sale price on line. Josh quoted it for almost $3500 more than the sale price, without taxes. I am a serious buyer, but not at those prices. Be careful of the hidden fees.
