Wanted to transfer prescriptions to Mt Sterling location...but they don't answer their phones so you can find out how to make that change.

Opens and closes whenever they want, very slow, we only use them as a last resortTechs are trying their best, they’re understaffed and corporate isn’t helpful

If I could give no stars, I would. Worst pharmacy ever! I usually go out of my way to the Winchester pharmacy because this one is so terrible. I needed a booster/flu vaccine so I made an online appointment & decided to go with this location to fit my schedule better. I showed up & there was a long line for the pick up (per usual) so I went to wait in the roped off section that says “for covid vaccine appointments”. Waited an hour before I finally approached in between customers & asked what was going on & if I needed to reschedule. Woman gave me a smug look and said I needed to fill out paperwork. I told her I had been waiting and nobody even acknowledged me for an entire hour & she just kind of laughed at me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have never been to any business that lets someone stand and wait for that long without asking if they needed help with something. I would have gladly waited until the rush was over to receive my vaccines, but the fact that they kept looking over at me but never asked if I needed something was absurd. I’ll stick with Winchester Kroger from now on.

The SLOWEST pharmacy ever. It didn’t used to be this bad.. now every time I go through the drive thru it takes such a long time, even if there’s not many cars in line.

The wait is horrible and they never have your medicine ready for you so you have to wait even longer and the wait time for the service is terrible

I don't know what's going on with this pharmacy, but the line was backed up way too far. I had left checked out my groceries, took them to the car came back backed up twice as far before I left.. So I left done some more shopping getting done what I needed to get done . Went back to Kroger pharmacy drive up was backed up, so went inside still a mess. I waited but if it is going to be like this I will change pharmacy..

The lines both inside and outside rarely move. Sat in line for over an hour to get prescriptions. This pharmacy is very unmanageable. I would be very surprised if no one has died waiting on life-saving medicine they were unable to get because of this slow and negligent pharmacy.

Trash….Trash the other reviews are 100% correct. Go somewhere else unless you have your whole day to sit. I should have never switched to them. They was like this before Covid.

Kroger Pharmacy used to have helpful and polite pharmacy techs. I know finding people now to work during the pandemic has been difficult. The last two times I went to Kroger Pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions I dealt With the same pharmacy tech. I found him to be rude unhelpful and there is no sense in him dealing with the public at all. Because I refuse to deal with this one pharmacy tech again I have switched pharmacies. Ridiculous

Look I have finally made to this point after you guessed it over an hour and half. Now you maybe thinking too yourself why doesn't he just go in. I did where the line was even longer. I hate writing Negative reviews I don't hardly do it ever. But this is getting out of control with the drop off my prescription and wait on it to be done. My hometown pharmacy don't mind you waiting but if it's going to be a minute they will say come back in 30 minutes or pull back around whatever the chase. I got in this mess because they were closed and I needed the medication at the time and I am having a time getting switched out. But if you can even if it is Urgent Treatment go to Wal-Mart or something I don't know if they any better but I don't see the long lines.

Let me start off here by saying I am a nurse, and these pharmacy techs need to learn to triage! Especially during this time with the pandemic!Get the truly sick taken care of first! I had a temp of 103, was coughing , wheezing, and in the middle of a bronchospasm. My true issue was I was exposing innocent people to my germs, by being in the store! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy! Only went to Kroger because I had been seen at Urgent Care, my regular pharmacy was closed. My regular pharmacy only needs 4 ppl to run efficiently. When I pulled up to the drive thru there was a note that because of lack of staff the drive thru was closed. I called the pharmacy twice to see if they had gotten my prescriptions, but no one answered the phone! So I walked into the store and across to the pharmacy coughing and wheezing and barely able to walk because I could not breathe due to my bronchospasm! There were so many ppl in the pharmacy line they were to the checkout. When I realized it was going to be a long wait, I simply walked to the register to see if they had gotten my prescription that had been faxed an hour earlier. There were FIVE ppl working, that is far from understaffed! I dealt with an extremely rude woman who thought very highly of herself, and hid her name badge! When I asked if they had gotten my script I was accused of jumping line! All I needed was to make sure that my scripts had been received. But she would not even look!I walked back thru the store and went to my car wheezing and coughing. I did not want to spread germs to all those people in the grocery, I am a nurse. I promptly called the physician and had them send my prescriptions to CVS.I would not recommend Kroger Pharmacy for anything, they ARE NOT UNDERSTAFFED they are rude and lazy! When I am well, the pharmacy and Kroger management are gonna get told exactly what happened!

I thought drive thru pharmacies were to be convenient. Just drive through to pick up or drop off your prescriptions. But with Krogers drive thru plan on sitting there for 20 plus minutes. Why on earth would any pharmacy let people sit at the window and wait for their order to be filled is beyond my comprehension. This is why I use Whitaker pharmacy. They are friendly, fast and reliable. And they don't make people wait 20 plus minutes because people are rude and don't call in their scripts beforehand to hold up the line. It's called good business practices. Kroger needs a lesson.
