Female employee said over phone water heater not in stock,on website said pick up today went look for myself there were at least 3 there, wife went today get some vinyl for flooring female finally come to wait on her what she wanted was out said might be more in the back never offered to go look.
I had to cancel my lowes card because of charges I didn't put on it, no help at all customer service didn't help,she transferred me to credit dept.who hung up on me never bothered to call back, I bet when I don't send a payment they will talk to me,might be a good idea to go to court let the judge see I'm paying for some charges that weren't mine, I don't often do many projects at my age so Home Depot isn't that far away I would suggest going somewhere else till they get people who care if you shop there or not.

I had to wait 1.5 hours to get help with loading a lot of lumber and concrete. They kept filling orders after mine. Had the audacity to tell me that this couple had been waiting 45 mins. I was a female by myself and it was like I was insignificant. I loaded 45 twoXfours by myself and still had to wait for my concrete and plywood. Very disappointed. Hire more people.

Well over 4 weeks ago lowes took on the task of getting me a new garage door. Install day came and absolute services showed up to do the door. Old door removed and new door mounted to wall, then we find out missing parts. 3 weeks go by and parts are here door is started again. Missing parts again. Door still not done. Monday 9/9/24 is 5 weeks and my door still isn't finished. Do not come here for projects, do not come here for parts. Customer service doesn't care. Take the 40 min drive to Menards and save yourself the disappointment. Wayne dalton and lowes has made this experience horrible.

Good store the staff can make you feel uncomfortable at times though. They stare at you when your looking at stuff. But I understand with how merchandise walks away. Totally understand it. It's our typical neighborhood Lowe's. UPDATE July 2024, just went and purchased almost a thousand dollars worth of lumber for a deck repair, and couldn't get any help loading a single piece of it, we loaded the lady in front of us just to help her out. Worst experience ever at Lowe's, highly recommend going to a different one or place.
