I , for the most part like , like our spectrum internet and TV service. However my only complaint is that when the coax cable was installed between the Pole in our back yard and the back of our house they ran the cable an inch or less under ground. I was rototill a garden space a few inches below grade and cut the cable.i had the equipment to splice it and got it going again. No under ground utility should be less then an inch underground.

There is not enough room for the experiences I've had with this place. I get in a bad mood when I hear the name spectrum. This place not the store , but spectrum in general are no good and they suck. I've dealt with stupidest answers there and I would really love to take the WiFi router and take a sledge hammer to it and say come and get it.

spectrum as a company is fine but this store is a joke lol. i walked in and told them what i needed and they immediately went to the back of the store & i could hear them laughing at me. they had a weird smirk on their face as they told me to call customer service instead of them just helping me in person. i ended up leaving with nothing because they didnt want to help me. all i wanted was fix my phone line and upgrade my phone. lol

Mt. Sterling is not the place to visit to receive knowledgeable,competent service. I dropped and broke my mobile device and went to the store for assistance. None of the employees that were present could give the same answers to questions, one actually said he could not place a order for a new spectrum device even though that is part of their job. They had Several replacement devices in store, but said I had to order because I no longer had spectrum Internet. I called customer service and was told that was not a spectrum policy!! Do not expect to leave that store feeling like you spoke to a knowledgeable representative. Your better off traveling to Lexington!

Been waiting 2 months to get line run to house from across road for internet and TV no one has showed up to run it still. They put it on expedite twice still nobody even bothering to call show up or anything

Today is week 4 without internet they cut off because they don't know how to set it up right. I've called and called they had 3 tech come out 2 drill teams. Still not fixed. They really don't know what they are doing. By the way they are still changing me for internet I don't have. How does this company even stay in business?

Only people who service our area and it takes them forever to get out to you. Seems like they should work on hiring more techs.

Spectrum is FRAUD. I do NOT recommend ANYONE to this service. First, you may get a promo for your first year, but after that you will pay a ridiculous amount for your remaining time with them. Overpriced JUNK! At least once a week or more my internet goes down. I was lied to saying I would receive a credit anytime this happens but, when I called I was informed that was NOT the case. You walk 10 feet away from the router and your wifi quits working. Someone came to replace the equipment due to this issue and it worked well for about 2 days and then back to its normal failure routine. Also, they will promise this, this and this and never deliver on their promises. I was told if I switch to spectrum mobile I would receive tremendous discounts and be provided excellent cellular service, "internet and mobile made to work well together to provide the best service". Blah, blah, blah. IT'S ALL LIES!!!! The CSR's tell you one thing one time, and another thing the next time. I'm honestly fed up with their overpriced mumbo-jumbo. They are absolutely no help, and not worth it. If you can go with ANY other provider I would. Windstream works well in our area. Please take my word for it and if you want proof I have tons of screenshots, just reach out to me. I'll be posting them on every review site I can find. I am just trying to help others before they commit to this nightmare of a "company" and will try to reach as many as possible.

I am currently a customer spectrum and I have had nothing but issues. My internet goes down on a daily basis between 11:00 a.m. Eastern standard Time and 2:00 p.m. Eastern standard Time. I do work from home and if this continues to happen I could possibly lose my job and if that happens I fully expect spectrum to 100% take care of this as it will be their fault. Spectrum said they could provide me with a better service than Windstream I do not see that it has been a better service I have had nothing but issues from the very beginning. This is ridiculous I cannot believe a company of this magnitude can allow this to happen. Does this company even care about their customers and what their customers are going through. It's not like I'm using this internet to stream movies play video games or anything like that I am using this to work. I am to the point now I do not know what to do should I go back to Windstream? Should I stay with spectrum? Is spectrum going to fix this if I lose my job? I mean I need an explanation as to why this keeps happening.

Went to switch to Spectrum Mobile. Shirlan was very helpful. So much better than Verizon.
