Awful.I ordered a "Philly Cheesesteak" and "The Boss" from the list of menu items for my dad, and if I remember correctly, they were a #6 and a #2 respectively.The only edits he had? "NO mayo, light onion."The lady taking my order had me repeat myself on those edits, so I said it about 2 or 3 times.She gave me sandwiches with extra mayo, extra onion, extra EVERYTHING, and she even put pickles on the cheesesteak.Pickles are not on the menu listing for cheesesteak, so I can only imagine she messed it up on purpose. If this was a genuine accident, then management/staff need retraining of some kind.I was there at approximately 3:42PM today, 3/24/2024.

Took multiple trys to get them to understand my order. Their English is not good at all. Then they were never trained. My food rolled off the tray unwrapped across the cash area they fused to remake it. Swore it was clean. I had already paid 40 buck for 3 wraps. Now at 4am I'm sick. This is the only place I went!So I paid 40 bucks for the flu!!I feel like I sould get a refund or someone to pay for my doctors visit.Don't go there. The GOOD employees are not there anymore!!!

I went through got a titan turkey sandwich said I wanted extra cheese to the provolone and he said ok what other you want I said American added . Then I said no veggies just oil and vinegar toasted . Repeated it back to me . And I get to work . I don't have time to run backIt was bread no cheese nor extra cheese . Not toasted no oil and vinegar just dry bread and turkey.

This evening between 4-5PM I utilized the drive thru at this Subway. I ordered, and when I got to the window to pay, I apologized for my "strange" request and explained to the gentleman that my daughter is Autistic with sensory issues. This guy reminded me that there's no need to apologize for anything in life, let alone an odd sub order. He said he would gladly fix her sub anyway she wanted it, anytime. Her sub was perfect in every way. I didn't catch his name but I hope he reads this review. I was having a terrible, no good, hard day and his kindness reminded me that there is still good in this world. And I cried all the way home, but with a little hope in my heart for this crazy world!

Me and my wife got two meatball subs and the bread was so stale, and the meatballs were dried out like they had set out over night. Wont waste my money at this subway anymore.

The only thing this subway is consistent at is getting your order wrong got the great garlic sub with no tomatoes and chipotle sauce my sub had tomatoes on it and no chipotle

Ordered $75 worth of food online to be delivered to my home for a family get together. Needles to say my food was delivered elsewhere upon contacting subway they said there was nothing they could do and suggested I reach out to door dash so I did just to be told that subway was responsible as well went thru subway site online not door dash so this puts it on subway not door dash had I used the door dash app the they would have gladly replaced my food or refunded me.Subway refused to replace my food I didn’t want a refund I just wanted my food that got delivered to another residence.. and was out $75.I complained to subways main office and sent multiple emails to higher ups just to hear nothing back.It’s sad that a company cannot stand behind their delivery service nor take care of a customer. I just wanted my order they could keep the money in which they did.. my husband wanted subway so I had to pay another $75 to get food replaced not even an apology from the Mgr. She Told me to go after door dash. What a sad shame. Last time this will happen to me.I will never support subway again by eating at one of their establishments. I’m sure I’m not the only customer that has a complaint on subway.

I sat in the drive thru for 8 minutes before my order was taken..I was called "Honey" at least 12 times through my order..Then given a 12 oz of WARM coke...I asked if they had colder ones. She told me no, they just put those in cooler.......Ok, well can I get a cup of ice to go with my warm bottle of coke ? PLEASE!! Really? Might need to brush your workers up on customer service...
