Employees could care less about service. I went there to open a checking account. I then learn an "employee " who is not with them now opened an account with no ID or social security card in my name. She said I worked for another county as a special education teacher. The branch manager said with a smiled "i would love to open an account for you if you pay 700+" I told no thanks. If this is how your bank handles customer accounts no thanks!

Very questionable customer service and traditional bank work with people who aren't able to do the basics tasks that i would expect from a bank. I would suggest that Traditional Bank do a lot more. A lot more.

Always Treated with great respect and despite being paralyzed and in a wheelchair they make everything so convenient for someone like me who has simple struggles
