Absolutely terrible, called today to check on the status of my package and the person that answered was named Shauna or something like that and was not helpful at all and was to lazy to even ask me for my tracking number to check the status. Honestly the worst post office I've ever seen and will never get your stuff on time

Every day my mailbox is left cracked so my mail gets wet this is clearly intentional because none of the other boxes are like that nearby, just use ups instead

Service is fairly reliable, rarely do I have an issue with carriers. Most of the time the issue is with the shipper not providing true data.

Driver is pathetic. No attempt at delivery 99% of the time. And if they do, they say unsuccessful because of dog when out dog isn’t even outside.

Absolutely the worst service. The mail lady refuses to deliver our packages regardless if they fit in the mail box or not. She even went so far as to turn around in my yard leaving sunken impressions from her vehicle. Have called and complained numerous times talking to multiple people and even filed I think we're up to 12 online complaints. We never have any issues with UPS or FedEx just this usps facility and their employees.

The USPS just dropped a package off on my doorstep and my daughter went to bring it in. She is wearing a brand new outfit that I purchased for her and now it has a reddish purple ink all over both the shirt and jeans. This package has obviously had something spilled all over it and I’m not sure why this wasn’t cleaned up or at the very least put into a plastic bag with a note of apology telling me to be careful handling it. Now my daughter has a brand new white shirt and white washed jeans that she will not be able to use? What happened to people in the community watching out for each other. What happened to good service? What has happened to accountability? When I called the local office to make a complaint about the way this package was handled, I am told I need to wait for the next available operator and then it just gives me a busy signal and hangs up in me. When I call the 1800 number, it gives me the run around on every single selection I push and never lets me talk to anyone and it does not have an option to report problems with your service. I see more and more of this kind of run around with every agency I deal with. It seems like people just don’t care about anything anymore. Where has pride in your workplace gone? Pride in a job well done?

The past year I have not received my packages. I keep getting notices I have to pick up at the post office due to no secure location. I have lived at this location for over 20 years and never had a problem like this issue.

Had tracking number showed mail man had it in the truck to deliver. Never got the package so now I have to get my money back. Plus when I called I kept getting BS from them. Plus he just drove right by and I had mail that needed to go out.

The mail carrier for Razor Heights may need a drug screen. My packages are consistantly being placed in the wrong parcel box at the end of my street. There is also one of these parcel compartments that has been reported numerous times to the postmaster that the key does not work. Nothing has been resolved in a timely manner.

The post office here is pretty decent, most of the time we get the mail on time without trouble, they do good work.
