Williams Estates Apartments is an amazing and outstanding place to live, described as an overall good place to live in Mt. Sterling. The staff is wonderful, friendly, super nice, personable, and phenomenal. The property manager and team go above and beyond, making residents feel at home and like family from the start. They are helpful, answer questions quickly and with respect, and come to the rescue with issues. The property is well maintained, with beautiful and clean grounds, and maintenance requests are handled right away. The apartments offer so much space and storage. While rent is a little expensive, it is a place for no frills living that permits pets with an extra fee. Residents loved living there and would definitely recommend it.
