“Wife and I traveling back from a getaway. Car lost power. We called several places in the area (Sunday afternoon 5pm). Finally we called Perry's. First he had us try a couple of different things that might fix the problem. We tried those but it did not fix the problem. We were able to drive the car to his garage (he offered to tow us). He had a rental car that we could use. So we got that and we were on our way. (we were ecstatic that we got a rental on a Sunday night. We drove home to Ohio. They found a garage that diagnosed the problem.. but we needed to have it worked on by a Honda Certified Garage. So we called and had them tow it to a Honda Dealership in Somerset! “I have multiple wonderful experiences with Bishop. They made buying new tires a breeze. The tires I wanted were unfortunately back-ordered and I was unable to wait. So, they helped me pick a comparable tire within the same price range. They didn't make me feel rushed in making a choice and helped me understand what each option had to offer. Another experience was I hit a massive chunk of ice on the interstate. It had ripped part of a skid plate off my car. I called from the side of the interstate if they could help remove it. I was in the garage within minutes and they were able to remove it. This last one is why I am writing the review -- One of my tires would not stop leaking air. I had it looked at 3 times by other tire shops in the area that were closer to home for me. They were unable to fix it so I knew that if I brought it here it would either be fixed or find why it couldn't be. I knew I would trust them to make that call and not be taken advantage of. They were able to find the issue and fix it. Trustworthy, reliable, and great communication from all the employees who work here. :)”
