Mount Vernon Walgreens pharmacy is the best ever ! The pharmacist,Kim, always goes above and beyond . She genuinely cares about people in explaining any questions and providing discounts ! (Even with OTC meds) Kerrigan also has the best customer service , she is helpful , kind and patient .

Clean store with friendly staff, easy access and handicap parking, however I wouldn't particularly recommend using the pharmacy here. I don't understand why but this and every other Walgreens Pharmacy I've ever used tends to be slow. And it can be difficult to get a live person on the phone.

If I could give 10 starts!! I would. Kristina and Kyle went fully our of their way in the middle of their work day I add, for me and my grandparents today. I'm way in Georgia so this was all done via phone calls!! Best customer service award, above and beyond, is needed for them after what I asked of them!

Horrible management. Spoiled food in the fridge section. They will say an item is on sale then charge full price. They will argue with you over honoring the sale. All the front desk people sit on their phones.
NEVER LEAVE BEFORE CHECKING Receipt.

I had to deal with Aaron today very disrespectful don't want to do his job and because of his I don't want to fo my job I have to set with no medicine this weekend surfing from Ra and lupus and couple other things this guy should be fired

The employees are super helpful and always know how to put a smile on my face. The customers in mount Vernon however are very rude and stuck up. Sorry the staff had to deal with these people.
