James went above and beyond! I went in with a new phone still in the box and asked him to help me with transferring it from my old one and to buy accessories and to correct a couple things on my account. He even went further, putting my screen protector and case on and even cleared my old phone and boxed it up for me, putting labels on it, taped it up, now all I have to do is drop it off to UPS!!! He was polite and really did make me at ease with all of it!!! Thanks James!!

Jack and Noah both went above and beyond to help me after my terrible experience at the Fern Creek store. I will never go to a different AT&T store other than the Mount Washington location.

My experience at the Mt. Washington AT&T was great! Jack really knows what he's doing. He made the transition from my old phone to my new one, and I didn't have to do a thing! He transferred all of my apps, photos, messages, etc. And so quickly!! Even helped me save some money on my monthly bill. Jack is fabulous!

Great experience jack my sales rep two care.Everything.I needed got my number reported.All my contacts sold me.Some accessories showed me what to do.I felt pretty confident walking out at a great price.So he's competent, we need more people like that

Great store! Noah and Jack are amazing, they helped me get new phone along with plan and it took no time at all, they got me the best deal that fit what range I was looking for along with help setting up/transferring everything to new phone.

I'm giving a few stars to the guy that runs the store I was in because he's a nice person, even if he can't help my issue that I was there about. The company policy on major problems with brand new devices is terrible/unacceptable and the company should consider treating all it's customers like they are wanted but they don't and I'm a brand new customer that in less that 3 months it's been proven that they don't value a good reputation since it's taking up to 2 months to receive a warranty replacement for my young daughter's cell phone. I've explained the risk they are putting on my child by her not having her phone but a child's safety being put at risk doesn't matter to them b/c I've talked to two people on there customer service line from home and none of them have English as a first language and have no management to help assist with anything. I had such a hard time understanding what was being said to me it was like being in a foreign country in my living room. I've spent a few hundred dollars to just have to go get a different phone/plan at a different company. The hassle isn't worth it b/c this company doesn't take the cellular part of their company seriously at all, just a massive expense pain. I'm sure it will only get worse since I'm in a contact that cost more money to break. Too many teah companies in the world to bother with this one again.

Zach was the most helpful of any at&t person when buying a new phone-from his polite voice on the phone two days before, to over two hours answering questions and transferring my data! I will definitely seek him out if I have any issues-thanks again Zach!!

Amazing store and amazing employees, especially Noah! Was extremely nice and was able to help me get in and out for switching to my own plan and helping me switch to firstnet! Will be back on the 30th to do a trade in on my phone. I’d definitely recommend anyone to ask for Noah. Was understanding and answered any and all questions I had for switching and was extremely quick but excellent with what he did. I would definitely stick with att, especially with the one in mt Washington.
