I drive about 30 minutes to go here! That’s how good they are! No waiting if you make an appt! Staff is very nice and does a wonderful job!!

I don't get my nails done often but when I do, I always come here. Everyone is so nice and I've never had any issues with anyone there or how my nails look. I mostly get solid color. Today I ventured out and got a full design. They turned out so cute!! Most of the time I make an appointment but this was last minute so I just walked in but I still got helped right away.

Would NOT recommend. Nice people but was told they've been there 10 years, yet the nail job i got looks like it was day 1. I left with my fingers bleeding, on fire and the shape is sloppy. Every one of my cuticles besides 1 finger has scab around it or cuts from filing my skin instead of the nail!! He also left polish on my finger tips.

Less than two weeks a multiple nails have lifted off seriously disappointed with this!! The tips were not glued on correctly leading to massive lifting and now total loss!!!!

I’ve been going there for several months now and it’s a great place to go. I see Jamie and she is just wonderful! I’ve never been unhappy and I do the dip Polish.

Hailey did a wonderful job for me at this location. Everything was what I wanted and my nails and toes look perfect. Hard to find someone who does french well. I will return ! Highly recommended.

I have been going to BHN a long time. Nice employees. They go out of their way to give the best nail manicure or pedicure. Easier if you make an appointment.

I called and made an appointment. Waited 40 minutes before getting started. The technician was nice but so sloppy with little attention to detail. I have color all over my fingertips. I won’t be back.

If you are a person of color, avoid this place. They are overtly racist. Whenever I’ve gone with my husband, who is white, we get seated and service quickly regardless of how busy they are, without appointment. Whenever I am by myself, a woman of color, they have me wait. Today I waited for over an hour and people who had arrived after me kept getting service before me. At first I thought it was maybe because they had an appointment but I overheard one customer specifically say they didn’t have an appointment and still got service before me…when I heard that, it confirmed my suspicions. It’s a shame

Employees are always friendly, always very detailed! Salon is clean, if you bring a color on your phone or picture they will find it for you!
