“On Saturday September 20th, 2025 I came by your Hurtbourne establishment in Louisville, Kentucky. I would like to commend and highly praise the gentleman opening that day.
First, your touch screen/payment screen is damaged. He was there to greet everyone amd take payment and program the wash.
Then he had to run to the entacnce of the wash to help each customer line up and enter the wash area.
Once the vehicles were set, he would run into the office to start the wash.
This man is a superstar and deaerves all the praise and gratitude.”

“I think it gets your car cleaner than any other car wash that I've been to in a long while. I never really see any dirt left on it when I go to dry the outside and the car is always really dry without me even having to wipe it down very much because their dryers are so good. It might not look all fancy like the other ones but the point is to get your car clean and it achieves that goal as good if not better than the more expensive ones. Get the $20 monthly subscription with unlimited washes and a can of tire shine to keep on you and your car will look great.”

“My husband likes that they have the touchless was for his truck. Runs about $15.75 per wash. The air blower needs to get the sides of the vehicles and mirrors. We end up leaving with water spots.”

“They say that only old people write reviews but since my body cracked like a glow stick this morning when I got out of bed, why not? I went here to get bird crap off my whole car because an army of the feathered dinosaurs found a berry tree and took it out on my Nissan Rogue like it was an Alfred Hitchcock film. When I tell you these workers put elbow grease into wiping down my vehicle, I swear they took some of Popeyes spinach before doing the pre-wash and going into the wash I paid for. When I got out to check, there was no evidence of natures paint splatter. Kuddos to them. Like Terminator, I’ll be back”
