I understand that people have to use the restroom but when you see someone in the store sweeping and knock on the door and are ignored it makes people upset. Another lady came up to the door and says I was in the restroom and you point out the other lady (while talking through the door) you are told she's not on the clock and the employee walks away without unlocking the door and goes behind the counter and doesn't come and unlock the door until you walk away is very unprofessional. If the other lady wasn't on the clock why was she sweeping the floor? This place just keeps getting worse, if you don't want to work there get another job

If your pumps don't work, bag them off. Telling customers to move around until they find one that works, is totally unacceptable.

As a former worker I can say that employees and customers r most times treated unfairly and disrespectfully from the staff (Jen culver) and (store manager heather). Employees stay undertrained and expected to do things they have no idea of or control over with lack of experience given. The store manager and her boss have let slide the ongoing business of circle k while a health code violation is currently underway without giving employees any warning of not having A/C in the building for at least another week which is unsafe to customers and employees. I hope this gets to the right people and if you are a reviewer seeing this now please call ur local health department and help fix this issue since the upper management can’t seem to grasp what inhumane conditions are. Thank you.

I really dislike giving tough reviews. Especially when it's in my little town. But, I have to call em like I see em. Or I wouldn't be helping anyone. So I am aware that at any job on the low end of the payscale is going to have high turnover. But that doesn't explain rudeness, favoritism, (I'll explain) or anything besides technical issues. Now, when you walk in there and there are 20 people getting polar pops, and only 4 people are charged for them. It's kind of depressing to be one of the few that had to pay. What did I Or didn't I do that I'm not cool? And it would be one thing if it was just one or two people. No, it's all the time even when the manager is standing right there. But, sorry for going on a tangent there. But I really wanted to get this point heard fully. Have a great day, and see where the road takes you!

I never had issues in this Circle K, but tonight's girl 11/14 @ 7:12 PM need rush a course of manners and Customer Service. I get it, it's hard to hire good talent today's day. But don't someone like her trash your buisness.

There’s a specific girl who works here and I’ve been in here twice and she’s very lazy of wanting to cash people out. The first time she’s was on her phone complaining how she can’t do anything cause she’s pregnant. The second time she’s talking to another man and didn’t care to cash me out and recommend me using the self check out, which I didn’t want to cause last time she MADE me and my husband use it she didn’t even care to explain how to use it she’s very unprofessional, seems to hate her job and proud of it.
