I was shopping here and my 2 year old rang the bell for cashier and I told the lady I’m sorry it’s my baby ringing it I’m so sure she heard me clearly and right after that a lady named Casey said I’m gonna rip them off if they don’t stop is this how you talk to a customer and to a 2 year old really

Required me to leave my large purse in the front with the cashier before allowing me to shop. I have crohns so I carry diapers and such so my purse is rather large, but there is no way I'm leaving my valuables with a stranger. I declined and left.

I have came to this location for 2 weeks to buy dog food and the cart is still in the middle of the isle.
Why is this the norm at this location?
Carts sit around throughout the whole store daily and never unloaded. It's very frustrating to keep going here for the one thing I need only to find 2 weeks later it's still on a cart.
I would unload it myself but there is 20 other items on top of it.
Please do better. This is a sore site for a Mt. Washington establishment.

I just moved to the area two months ago and have visited this dollar general a few times and it is filthy and dirty. Everything is in disarray. The employees stand around doing nothing or sitting outside doing nothing.

I absolutely love this place, the only place where staff would actually help you, specifically Franky and kayla Franky helped me with finding something and also is pretty funny and very social, kayla decided to pay for my groceries when I was having trouble, I would definitely give them a raise, very amazing people

Dollar general has always been there when I needed to get someone quick with short notice for a great price. They have always been there for the community of Mount Washington, every direction you look(literally).
