This is the rudest place you ever try and rent a car from they are super nasty people they will schedule you a appointment you arrive and then they will tell you that they’re isn’t anything available till the end of the day and apologize for their appointment team really shouldn’t waste your time

We booked a rental for our trip for 1 week. We arrived and got our full size rental and noticed it was filthy with pet hair and appeared to have never been wiped out. The guy at the counter made it right with another rental. We did not have any issues with our rental. I rate 5 stars and will be back!

Great service. Fast and affordable. Van was reliable. 1460 mile trip with no issues. Came back a day sooner than planned and even got money back. Definitely will use enterprise again. Kyle was extremely accommodating.

Enterprise has consistently failed to provide adequate service over the past three months. My first experience involved waiting a week and a half for a rental car for my wife while her vehicle was being repaired. The second occasion resulted in a delay of 3 to 4 days. Most recently, I had reserved a minivan for a family vacation, but received a phone call from Enterprise indicating that they did not have any available vehicles due to a system error. The representative informed me that the reservation should not have been made and did not provide any assistance in finding alternative arrangements. Enterprise
