Reserved a car. Got a ride to location only to be told that the car I reserved was unavailable and I would have to pay up charge and take a more expensive higher gas mileage vehicle. Cost would been an extra $200 for a week including gas costs.Attitude from manager was non understanding and un willing to compromise.Was told I would they would give me a ride. But because it was end of day I was locked outside location in the cold and expected to wait on Uber to take me home.Uber was great. But customer service at this location sucks. I rented from budget and will never use this location again.Will not use this location ever again.

Do not rent a car from this pace . The do not look at there cars nor do they do maintenance them. Waited for a week for the right truck then drove it for 3 days and it broke down.Called had it towed away by enterprise and they lost it. Colby and his manager are rude and do not speak to people with care or knowledge. I told them I need at least 5 sits for work; he called to give me a truck with a half cab. I laughed and said I can’t get 5 grown men in that. He laughed at me and said maybe you should get a mini van, I said maybe you should be a little more compassionate before someone gets real mad and I have to come up there. He laughed and hung up.5 days with no car and they don’t care ; their manager finally called and started in on me about being mean to Colby . I was like you need to check your employees and he said we don’t need your business , and hung up. So iam still with no car and now Kentucky farm bureau is going to call Avis.Gees enterprise is going down hill; this is why one person should t manage 2 branches.

We were exceptionally happy with our rental car experience. While we made our reservation through another location Evan Harr initially helped set us up with the vehicle my family needed for our vacation. He helped explain all aspects of the reservation and was extremely helpful.

They did not have my reserved vehicle. They were short staffed. I had to find my own solution. This location will not be my goto location even though it is the closest to me.

I have rented from other Enterprises and no issues ..my fault newer car keys got locked in it had to have it popped open and timing even though I was only 15 minutes away I let the staff know and super friendly and supportive came in late…CJ does an amazing job professional as well as takes care of his people. I could have got charged more being nice and seeing my situation he said don’t worry about it being late I understand man. You don’t meet good people every day..They’re staff cars clean and nice and CJ definitely does a great job and feel comfortable with Enterprise and CJ. His exact words “we take care of our people” then knowing I was so close but at home and key issue) friendly as could be but got there soon as they opened and couldn’t have been any kinder. They have nice clean cars ..very clean that was a big difference too for me there!

Very disappointed in this establishment.. I have rented from you guys several times, never an issue made a reservation for my family vacation two months ago. Started calling 2 weeks before just to verify the reservation. two days before I was told did not have any cars to accommodate me said I'm first on the list. called the day we were leaving was told still no vehicles. never even called me. Was supposed to have a car at 2:00 p.m. never got a call back. Very disappointed. So we had to cram five people in a small sedan for a 900 mile trip. Thanks Enterprise

Typically rentals goes well. How this one started out strange. Upon arriving and giving my last and first name I was told they didn’t not have my reservation. In checking on it they skipped me and made me wait for the manager. He explained that I was to pick my rental up at a difference location. I explain I reserved it at his location. He told me NO I DID NOT! He then told me he talked to me earlier and explained that to me. I told him I have not talked with anyone today. He said very strongly Yes he did talk to me earlier. I repeated not I have not talked with anyone. The reservation was made two weeks ago online. He then said, right here it is I talk to (called out someone else name). I explain that is not my name. Oh he said sorry, that guy was rude and cussed him out earlier. Again, I said that is not me. Not very professional at all.

If i could give them less stars i would..reserved a vehicle a month and a half ago for a full size suv..show up day of rental and they tried to give us everything but what we asked for..this place is not proffesional at all..Didnt even try to make things better..if you need a rental reccomend going somewhere else..
