Barbara called me within 5 minutes of ordering to let me know she didn’t have the exact flowers in the picture but could still put something together for me if I wanted. The arrangement she put together was perfect and even prettier than what was pictured. Thankful for the wonderful customer service and beautiful flowers received. I would definitely recommend this shop to others.”
“I ordered yellow roses on a Saturday online. I asked for them to be delivered that day, and I did not want any substitutions. An employee from Berry’s Called me about 10 minutes after I placed the order and said that they did not have any yellow roses but would have some on Monday And could I wait. I said that would be fine. I appreciate her checking very quickly about this. Also, my friend who received the flowers said they were the biggest yellow roses she had ever seen and were gorgeous. I highly recommend Berry’s”
